Im new here and this is my first post
Feel free to skip to the question section below if you would likeI have booked a surgery for the 9th november with Dr. M Fayman at Rosebank clinic South Africa. We are doing a ligament cut and fat injections. more on the procedure here www.doctorfayman.co.za/male_enlargement.html#.Vd4ci_mqpBc
Now i had done my research prior to the consult but i started researching more and the more i read to more terrified I became. I understand the fat injections may leave me with asymmetry and nodules, that i can handle BUT if i had to loose length due to cutting the ligament, I cannot think of anything worse in this world.
1. has ANYONE heard of the Dr. Fayman and his results? Its really difficult to ask around about this!
2. He says the suspensory lig is cut, the penis is advanced forward then the lig is reconstructed. I\'ve read that some cut the lig completly and leave it cut? what is the differnce between these 2 methods in terms of results
3. Can i expect erect length gain after the surgery?(I couldn really care much for flaccid gains)
4. I asked the Surgeon about post-op stretching. He said it is not necessary? again could this be because the lig is being re-attached
5. How common is it to have penis retraction after cutting the lig and re-attaching it? this is my worst fear! what is the success rate
6. Is a fat injection destined to fail or it is possible to retain some girth permanently?
Thanks for the help guys.
Im sure our time zones will clash so ill only see the responses in the morning

But as for the fat transfer , don\'t do it . I\'m surprised doctors are even still offering that they know the success rate is zero to none the fat will dissolve and your penis will look horrible , and you will have to get it all removed or keep putting fat in there over nd over . PMMA looks like the best bet for Girth as as Belladerm/alloderm cuts off blood supply and almost always requires a Removal just like that fat transfer .

@bdog the phallosan forte is GARBAGE , if I was apart of this thread when I had my problems with it last year I would\'ve warned you all . That thing broke apart on me every chance it got I had to get replacement parts over and over I even noticed that once they send new condoms they are much more durable so it\'s all about money but it\'s a cheap product that just mimics Jelqing . Only thing good I got from it is the ring that goes around the base of the penis I still use that when I Jelqing from time to time but overall a huge waste of money
You would prevent the possible automatic physiological response of retraction by the use of a traction device or a Hanger. However, as others have said, you would gain Erect and Flaccid length with those devices (by consistently and safely following a sensible routine) without undergoing ligamentoylsis anyway. Severing the suspensory ligaments is essentially about increasing Flaccid size, clinics should be obligated to advertise as such. I\'m not sure if there are any studies to show whether Ligamentolysis increases the potential length gains you\'d get from extending or Hanging, that would be interesting. If the ligs are cut then the penis is no longer anchored to the pubic bone and I guess this could be more fruitful for gains with Hanging or extending, but I\'m not an expert.
I also underwent Ligamentolysis. Three years later I racked up nearly 900 hours of extending and gained 0.75\". I can\'t be certain if Ligamentolysis had any part to play in those gains.

Yes, I agree with H10. I had my lig cut and gained an Inch but had to hang for over a year - so it could also be that the Hanging without the surgery would have worked just as well, or that is where the gains came from.
Thanks guys. By the sounds of it I might give the lig cut a skip and focus on weight Hanging .but I\'m still keen on the fat transfer. Fat injections are pretty low risk hey? No reverse results?
Does everyone agree with the info provided by hoodle10?
1.) It\'s unlikely any of our members have, as he\'s based in SA, but you never know, someone might read this who has.
2.) No real difference, but the idea of reconstructing the lig is to give the penis more support when Erect.
3.) No, just Flaccid. If you want Erect gains you\'ll need to stretch and this works even without the lig cut.
4.) You will need to stretch. Even if it\'s just manual stretching with your hand.
5.) Very common and you should expect some retraction. But it usually comes back very quickly, especially if you stretch.
6.) It\'s not destined to fail. Some guys are very happy with their results. Some retain Girth permanently. The trouble is it\'s unpredictable. Even the same surgeon, using the same method, can expect different results with different guys.
I had my mind on fat transfer before I heard of PMMA, I thought although you may get lumps you could just smooth it out or wear a wrap to keep things tight. I didn\'t realize you could get E.D from it or even that it loses its normal appearance. I came across Dr. Robert Stubbs, the price seems cheap and he was the only one I saw with good results from his gallery but I haven\'t seen any member really speak about him so I assumed perhaps FFT isn\'t such a good idea.
