Does anyone have an idea what this means?

There are no patents pending with the name Alani, Ramirez or Lofman in the \"Applicant Name\" field and \"Penis\" in the patent application.

This statement is fairly impossible from a biological perspective. So, someone at 4\" of girth can get a 10\" girth dick with this \"simple\" procedure? Hmm...Really.
