TOPIC: Hello all.

Hello all. 9 years 4 months ago #1287343144

Just thought I would say hello, I\'m been lurking for a few days reading when I could.

It seems like PMMA is, finally, a fairly safe solution to an age old issue.

That said, equally it seems to have it\'s issues, and even some amazing stories on here have been tempered by some pretty scary endings.

What I do find confusing is, there seems to be quite a lack of people here with success stories or horror stories. What there is, seems to often be a few years old as well.

I guess most people would prefer to keep this private, but considering how many thousands of PMMA operations Dr C has done by now, you would think more people would be coming out the woodwork to provide their feedback.

Is the general consensus PMMA is pretty safe nowadays or is it just we\'re now seeing more issues arise?

Thanks.

Wade said they are extremely busy with new patients at this time - he did reply to me about my issues (it just took a very long time).

It\'s a little annoying that all the new patients are taking up their time & they aren\'t setting aside time to help older patients. Would any of these patients even be there if we didn\'t post extensive journals on here?

S.O. You\'re saying traffic has greatly increased on here? Was it just in the last year? It seems like when I first went there in early 2014, they had tons of free time...now they\'re swamped.

Yes, the last couple months set records for this forum\'s viewership. This forum has been on a steady increase in traffic since its inception. Since most of the web\'s info on PMMA penises come from this forum, it isn\'t a surprise that there would be a correlation with how busy Wade & company get too.

When I initially attempted to contact Dr. C\'s office I was a bit frustrated as well. I filled out the on line forum a couple of times with no reply. Then I hit their on line chat link and said something about not being responded to and provided my contact info, and it was less than 30 minutes later that Wade replied to my contact forum email. After that every email I sent got a reply within a day, and most times it was within a few hours.

One thing I will say is that emails to \"info@avantiderma.com\" seem to get answered a lot quicker than emails directly to Wade.

Not even an initial e-mail to thank me for my interest with a promise to deal with the enquiry at a later date.

Doesn\'t inspire confidence in the professionalism at this point.

From all relays I\'ve seen on this forum, it appears Wade is the sole response-giver of emails/inquiries. That means only one individual is returning all emails, which are probably very high in number. If I were to guess why there is a lack of response, or a lack of timely response, it would be because they haven\'t hired a bunch of office reps to handle the volume.

If the traffic (as it pertains to PMMA) on this forum is any indication, I have a hunch my theory is right. For every PMMA poster, there are 10 PMMA lurkers, and chances are they submit their questions directly to the source (Avanti Derma), since after all, they aren\'t posting here.

I agree with the guys above. There is a wealth of information here to help you make an informed choice. Results DO vary, however, as SO states above. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips. You might want to make a donation to help keep the site going if you are finding it helpful. Good luck to you.

It depends what lens you observe from... at 3.5\" MSEG prior to PMMA, I would have welcomed nodules if it meant a sense of normalcy. Minor complications (as opposed to major complications more commonly associated with Dermal Grafts, silicone implants, etc) would haven\'t even fazed me if I got to buy regular condoms instead of always being disappointed that the local pharmacy didn\'t carry Snugger Fits. Fortunately I\'ve had a satisfactory result (although nodules were a present and persistent issue early), but results do vary, from person-to-person and procedure-to-procedure.

I have no reservations about praising PMMA as an excellent solution for those literally lacking in Girth (say, south of 4.25\"-ish ?). Not passing judgment on those who have sought PMMA of average or above-average Girth, but I simply cannot relate and therefore wont make their case.

Results really range ... some people have had only minimal complications and a 100% natural look - and some have had the opposite. I had both. 2 perfectly decent rounds (though not much gain - still natural) and then a round from hell that still is unresolved.

Some people are hesitant to post negative details because Wade and Dr. C can easily read this site (or other patients can reference their posts), and if they start saying negative things about them publicly - then they just offended the only doctor in the world who can help them with issues or give them more size. More problems are discussed via PM than in the open forum too.

Thanks.

I\'m still hugely undecided on this and your sig file scares the crap out of me.
