Wow im happy for you man. I didn\'t know he did more then 2cc at a time. Please tell us how much you gained after you heal.

He said Bolotero is such a \"fine\" substance the needle is fine. Again, I\'ve had it done and have had no side effects and am happy with the results. I like that I can text him and he is responsive.

He\'s prices are high and i don\'t see myself paying thousands of dollars for minimal gains as far as Girth. I had a consultation with him 2 years ago and he wasn\'t doing the Girth enhancements that he offers now. Actually it was a year ago and whatever filler he injects doesn\'t last and is not permanent. If you go to his site and read the Girth enhancement section it will state \"semi permanent\"

I will text him tomorrow about the cannula and report back -I want to know as well as I am just about to go through with this.

And the answer is a needle - he just texted me back, he is very responsive I have to say. I kind of feel if I have to ask for the cannula though, something is off with the existing technique.

Will he use a cannula if ask? He is the only doctor who is close by, I don\'t want anything stopping me from going to him.

Am I the only one who thinks there is something dodgy about this Dr?

I\'ve never heard of a walk clinic for cosmetic procedures. You can\'t even do walk ins for a good hair cut these days. He seems to be at a different location every day, which basically means he doesn\'t have an office of his own. It kind of feels like he is operating out of the back of a van. He even communicates with potential patients via text message. I just can\'t imagine Gary Alter doing that.

I\'ve never texted a Dr in my life. I\'ve never been to a Dr that doesn\'t have an office where he works from for the large majority of the time. And I\'ve certainly never encountered a Dr who does Groupon offers.

Your are right. While texting him he said seemed shady, but I ignored them since I knew he has had other patients. He also raised the price again.

Maybe he\'s just getting started who knows but this brings me back to my own post

Because it takes little technique to do Girth enlargement with dermal fillers. Again I\'m not talking about FFT,lengthing,or even allograft because those surgeries are hard core invasive. With dermal fillers all you have to do is basically numb the penis then inject the filler underneath the skin using 2-4 injection sites then massage the material into place. That\'s why it\'s a walk in and that\'s why it doesn\'t take long. They order this shit in bulk then start making money because the penis enlargement world is booming. So why not get in and make money especially when you have a doctor\'s degree already and it doesn\'t have to be in major surgery.

Second on the dodgy aspect, I kind of don\'t like the idea of a walk-in clinic penis enlargement program that uses needles. Plus the ad I saw (Groupon, which is also dodgy) said that it was $333 and he told Indiano $400.
I am kind of off the idea of going to him and going to do some more NYC research.

I agree, it does seem easy if he\'s only doing it two days out of the week. When asked about using a needle or cannula he said that he rather needles because it\'s easier and using a cannula he would need an assistant
