I don\'t know how it works in the American medical community regarding quacks but is there any reason why Dr. Alter (and/or other doctors experienced with removing these implants) doesn\'t speak up on behalf of his implant-Removal patients to the Medical Board or some kind of institutional authority? Sorry if this question is slightly off topic, but if anyone happens to know, do chime in. Or better yet, if any of you see Dr. Alter after reading this post, do ask.

I recommend Dr. Alter for the Removal. Most expensive, it\'s gonna run you the same cost as the Elist implant, but well worth having someone bring you back to normal.

This is not a trivial procedure, especially considering how long you\'ve had the implant. I\'m going to be about 2 months into for Removal. I heard some patients are getting this implant removed within one week of implant.

Can you start a thread about your Elist experience?

I\'ve noticed that guys no longer do this and tend to just drop by to ask for help. The more threads there are about Elist the better. It only has to be a couple of paragraphs detailing how you made the decision to have the implant, what Elist told you, the recovery period, how the implant felt when in and how it impacted your life and why you decided to get it removed etc. It\'s just 5 mins of your time and it could be helpful in preventing other guys getting this stupid implant in the future.

This is not specifically addressed to you, Kanonland, but just a general statement to anyone exploring the idea of getting this implant. In case you have not noticed the subtlety in reference to Elist, take note of how people refer to him.

For example, we have:
Dr. Alter
Dr. Solomon
Dr. Reed
Elist

Those who are knowledgeable of this person and what he does do not want to associate him with the title Dr.

I will tell you that removing the implant is very very difficult . While I am not a Dr, I have seen it done. There are 2-3 stitches near the glands that need Removal while the implant is in the way. Hard to explain, but believe me it ain\'t easy even for a certified Urologist because this stupid implant is such a bad design and a nightmare. elist is the best one to remove it, but he is such a slob in stitching the patient back up that he adds to the penis dis-figuration that the implant causes. This creature, elist, has ruined many people....

dr camacho also does it i believe ( www.phallocaremaleenhancement.com/uncate...-surgery-case-study/ ), but I think Gary Alter is the best choice as he is a board certified urologist in addition to cosmetic. he also does gender reasignment surgery, tho that doesn\'t concern us but it shows his level of skill as that is far more complicated than phalloplasty.

Elist will gladly remove the implant for you (for a fee) and claim both procedures a success!

In all seriousness though, the three you have listed are probably the most experienced in handling such a procedure. They have seen the implant, removed it and know what it is all about. The Removal isn\'t really anything that a local urological surgeon couldn\'t do, but the experience and knowledge count for a lot.

The patient has to initiate the complaint to the state of California. During the investigation, then the state may ask other doctors for records from their notes / comments. I don\'t think there\'s a way for 1 doc to file a complaint against another.

It is strange that no patients have filed complaints against elist. It\'s completely free, confidential, does not require a lawyer, and takes about 20 min. Now, it\'s available to fill out online. I even posted the link over a year ago. I wonder if anyone clicked on it.
