TOPIC: My Priapus shot experience

I don\'t know if many people here are interested, but I thought I\'d share what I\'ve been going through lately with the PRP therapy. I got the shot to possibly improve Erection quality and soften hardened tissue. My erections die quickly without stimulation, and I often feel insensitive and dull in my sexual response. And there is also the issue of tissue contraction and lost Girth that I have detailed in another thread on this board, which you may consult for additional information.

So I got the shot two weeks ago. Got three shots, two in the shaft, and one in the head. The two in the shaft were not painful but the one in the head was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe because the head is always more sensitive, I don\'t know, but I nearly passed out. It was that painful. I\'m also probably a big wuss. I was given a cheap pump and instructed to pump and hold for 10 minutes. I did not get an Erection while I pumped. Unfortunately, I feel that this procedure is marketed as a gimmicky, unreliable method for enlargement, and I wanted to see if it would just improve my erections and sensitivity, and maybe, just maybe, give me back some lost size. Leaving the doctors office, I was mostly numb, but also felt a dull ache in my penis.

For the first three or four days I was a little swollen and tender, especially at the site of the injection in the head. The worst part of this is that I still have a very small, hardened spot in the head where I was injected. I don\'t know if this is scar tissue or what, but it\'s somewhat bothersome to me. No partner would ever notice it, I just hope it doesn\'t cause trouble down the line. Also didn\'t think that could happen after just one shot. We\'ll see how that goes. Now on the plus side. I am more sensitive all over the shaft and head. I am also a lot harder. I could always bend my erections a little below the mid point before, and now, when I\'m really worked up, I can\'t. I\'m truly stiff. I know a lot of guys don\'t know what this feels like, but even that minor difference has made me feel really good. That being said, I still have the same basic condition. My erections don\'t last without stimulation, and I\'m smaller than I used to be. I am consistently measuring at about 5.75 to 5.80 Girth along the shaft, which is a tad bit bigger than I was when I first noticed my size loss, but still smaller than I used to be. I am hoping for more improvement but I don\'t expect it. Sex has been a lot better too. My extra rigidity and sensitivity have resulted in a lot more control and, at the same time, passion. My partners have been enjoying it a lot, and I\'ve been giving them more orgasms and lasting longer.

Is all of this placebo? Will it last? Will anything else happen? I\'ll keep everyone updated.

Maybe don\'t worry about whether or not it\'s a placebo effect. And just worry about the fact that it\'s working for you. I think feedback loops play into a lot of sexual responses (obviously physiology does too). So like, if I had been having trouble with erections, and something helped, I\'d probably be like \"fuck yeah\" and get even more excited about it and it\'d, I\'d hope, continue to work. That said, this probably also can lead to a negative feedback loop if it causes a problem.

That\'s good advice nohidingstyle. It\'s sensible. After a certain point the difference between placebo and real doesn\'t really matter. The thing is, I didn\'t even have that positive of an attitude going into it. I wanted to try it out, but right after I was thinking, \"maybe this wasn\'t a good idea, it probably won\'t help\". But I can\'t deny that it has helped. Every little improvement makes me feel a lot more sexually capable and vital. Still thinking about PMMA and in talks with Wade. I know I\'m still big but I look at pictures of my old self and feel sad.

I had the same treatment. I don\'t see much of gains. My gf is a phlebotomist so I might do it myself minus the head shot and save the $1500.

What changes/improvements have you experienced since last November?

I was just about to give an update. Well, since last November I\'ve had two more rounds of the shot. I know that I am a little thicker than I was prior to getting any of the shots. I\'m now measuring at just a hair under 6 Inch Girth with the tape pulled very tight. I look bigger, and feel more substantial in my hands. Now I have also been Clamping and jelquing, so to what extent it\'s the shots, I don\'t know. It could be the manual PE and the shots working together, or only one or the other. Hard to say. With that being said, my erections still are not where I want them to be. They are often weak, and I lose them frequently. I\'m now considering a new version of an old treatment for Venous Leak called sclerotherapy. Ultimately I am headed for a penile prosthesis.
