Yes they only do this in Korea, you could probably get an American doctor to inject you with Cymretra which is a similar product just a different brand name but it would be much less risky going to Dr Kim cos he does this all the time so probably has better technique and preparation methods plus MegaFill is supposedly a better product. I wouldn\'t really wana advise you to do something in case it goes wrong but, in my opinion anything is better than PMMA

It doesn\'t look bad to me or my wife. She said it looks fat and fun. My wife is a small Asian woman and I am over 7 inches at the base and she doesn\'t bleed. You just have to warm them up. I\'m sure there are plenty of ladies out there who once properly prepared will love that thing. Tell them you were in an accident that caused a blood clot that caused a Priapism that caused your Dick to get really fat. You\'ll be fine man cheer up. It looks good.

But sure enough it went back down to 5.25\". As others have said, you won\'t stay at this size. It will reduce in size over the next year.

Visitor	has your Erect length remained unchanged? or did you gain or lose any Erect length? I think you had a great result, if those results were truly permanent, i think PMMA would become obsolete as everyone would opt for the megafill.
