| I just wonder about the Erect injections - cuz... once you go soft, doesn\'t it all kinda shift anyway? Or, I guess you can go RIGHT into a traction device for 3 days... minus showers and having to pee. But all of those transitions still give opportunities for the product to shift. PMMA seems to go to the path of least resistance, so even 10 min without traction could shift it to an area & create a low spot elsewhere. |

That\'s what I think. That\'s why I\'m so keen to see it recorder and for jimmyjames to keep us regularly updated. He\'s such a good candidate to see if there really is any benefit to this procedure as they will be targeting very specific areas. So we\'ll see how well the stuff stays in place once it\'s injected. | |

I had mentioned in a different thread about my thoughts re Erect PMMA injections. I had said that DR C did not think it was a good idea coz the hard shaft can force PMMA where the \"DR\" does not want it to go. So what I did the last time, was to bring pictures of me unit fully Erect (in my iphone) and showed it to DR C and Wade (it is was so funny, even Mel wanted to see it and we were all joking about it, there was a lady in some shots..LOL). Dr C took a good look at the pix and he drew lines and circles on the Flaccid shaft to help him target the proper areas while in the Flaccid state. It worked for me to a good extent, but later that night, I massaged the shaft while semi Flaccid because it looked off to the right, but weeks later it turned out that DR C got it perfect and I had shifted some PMMA to the other side (I had followed Wade\'s directions, but not blaming him). MY unit is bent a little up and to the right and that may have caused some of my esthetics issues which I hope will be fixed in the next and \"final\" round. I guess what I am trying to say, is that since the penises are soooo dynamic and our bodies are sooooo different, it really is very very hard to predict the outcome of PMMA placement. Having said that, I truly think that Dr C is a master at what he does even though he is still improving his techniques.... I\'ll try to document as much as possible on my next round IF I get enough money saved and I will of course share with you the results. I suspect I\'ll be going in in about two months or so... BTW, H10 is correct. Cialis is the best option to take before and after the procedure. I take one the day before, the of, and the day after the session. Works for me. Live long and F*** long |

| I talked to Dan for a bit . Here\'s some of what we talked about: One of my main aesthetic problems is the circ area, so we talked about that. - They put 30% in the circ area. Not 10% - I didn\'t ask if they will do it Flaccid, but the Erect approach seems like it will help get the product in more evenly (and btw, you don\'t get super hard, Dan confirmed this - I had this stuff before - you get like a 60-80% Erection). Then, they wrap it post op - similar to how it was wrapped after my Peyronies surgery - so the penis is Flaccid but is wrapped stretched - basically as close to the EL as possible, held by coban. Wade isn\'t a fan of it bc he says it can make lines in the penis and make the PMMA irregular. Dr. Casavantes used to use coban, and wade used to wrap - then they stopped. - Camacho only makes 1 entry point, max 2 for long penises. So, there\'s less leaking out of tighter areas like the circ area where my PMMA was being pushed out relentlessly...though Casavantes can move around his entry points. They thought the 1 entry point might also help my issue with lack of gains...bc he thinks I lost a lot of PMMA - though Dr. N only uses 1 entry point and has had patients with low gains. I am concerned about 30% in the circ area due to nodules. I\'m not sure if they\'ve experienced this or not. They are more expensive than Casavantes - not so much for round 1 - but especially for me who is on R3. Also, looking at the boards - there aren\'t many guys here who have gone to him. I\'m not sure if they\'ll do the day 2 follow ups with extra PMMA, massage, etc...Dan seemed to feel the wrap would make massage unnecessary though I didn\'t get into it in great detail. it\'s hard when you get used to things one way to suddenly go to someone else...who can be better or worse - who knows. I get the sense that Casavantes has done a lot more penile PMMA than camacho... but im not sure. I\'m waiting to hear back if they can get Linnea safe - then it will probably be worth it do go to Camacho - for me...but still, I\'d like to hear from other patients and it doesn\'t seem like there are any at all. I don\'t read the other boards as much, though. |
