TOPIC: Penis fillers

Can the procedure for the penis filler done when the penis is erected with Erection injection, or better do the procedure while penis is Flaccid.

I feel when erected will have better result.

Based on what I know about PMMA and the procedure, I think you would have trouble maintaining an Erection during the procedure due in part to the local anaesthesia required. But I don\'t think the procedure would be any more successful even if you could maintain an Erection. I think the placement of the material in the penis is easier to accomplish when Flaccid.

The most important part of PMMA injections (apart from the injection itself) is the post-op care which involves keeping the product evenly distributed and keeping the penis elongated, hence many people take Cialis to help maintain erections in the immediate after-op period.

Also, I\'m sure the doctors who perform PMMA injections would have mentioned this a long time ago if it had any benefit.

The thing is I\'ve seen a YouTube video showing penis filler for Girth using body fat, and penis was maybe 80% erected along the whole procedure , please search for the video title \"penile enlargement india penile fat graft Delhi\'

I really like the result. And can ask my doctor to give tri mix injection for induced Erection.

I watched the video. I don\'t know why the doctor doesn\'t use a cannula - this vid shows him injecting the fat with a needle. To me this is more risky. Each to their own but IMO fat transfer has too many issues, especially the fact that over time the body reabsorbs that fat and you need constant top ups.

But why it\'s erected during the procedure ?
