DC has logged in recently, so at least we know he is okay (I was actually gettin a little worried about him, before I checked visit history). He may have just not had the time on his hands to write a full update yet. Hopefully it went well and we will hear back from him soon.

Yeah, I guess I just meant from my own experience...the surgical explanation of plicaiton (putting in a few stitches to take out the curve - and the whole thing is 90 minutes) vs. the experience of it...was kinda different. Not being able to touch my penis for a month, and then still having post orgasm pain 8 months later...it was just more than I anticipated (though I had read many reports of men with pain at the plication nodes long after surgery - it\'s more annoying when it happens to you). I assume any procedure that degloves and involves manipulating the tunica is going to be similar. I wouldn\'t do it unless there was a deformity.

Miracle had grafting (though \"tunical lengthening\" isn\'t quite the same - it\'s grafting on both sides whereas normal grafting surgery is just done where the plaque is - which is on one side 90% of the time)... and he gained length over time. In his progress report, he describes it.

Awesome, glad my explanation was helpful. I\'m studying in the medical field, so sometimes I forget that if you aren\'t familiar with the terminology, it really is a foreign language.

My goodness, more invasive than it sounds? Resto, when I was reading about this procedure, my immediate thought was \"this is far too invasive for me to consider\". And based on your experience (which is much greater than my own), it\'s in fact more invasive than it sounds. I could never go through with this procedure, unless It was a matter of Peyronies disease, and it seemed the only option.Of course, I don\'t fault anyone else for having it, don\'t get me wrong. It\'s a decision we all have to make on our own. Thanks for sharing your opinion, and experience Resto.

Ok after months of doing my research and talking to different doctors for example Dr David Ralph, Dr Paulo Egydio and DR SALVATORE SANSALONE from what I read they are all good doctors but they are in other countries so I prefere to have it done here in the us. I finally found a doctor here in the states in NYC his name is Dr. Robert J. Valenzuela. Now this is a risky surgery and I have been explained all that. However if all goes well and the surgery is a success I will be 7 and half inches by the end of the procedure without weights, stretching or anything afterwards. As many of you guys know I have had my lig cut in Tijuana by DR Camacho a while back and I lost some length but then I regained it after the infection was gone and then I had to use the stretcher and did some Hanging also. Now I am a few weeks away from my surgery with Dr Valenzuela my surgery date is August 19 2014. I will keep a thread on my surgery the good the bad and any complications I may experience. Now I also would like to let everyone know that I have a penile prosthesis implant because I use to suffer from ed. I know a lot of guys here don\'t know much about this surgery called tunica lengthening. It is a surgery usually done for people that suffer from peyronie\'s disease as they lose a lot of length after peyronie\'s surgery so they usually do the tunica lengthening for them. In my case I do not have peyronie\'s disease. I am doing this for cosmetic reasons more than anything. I cannot wait to be 7 inches it is my dream and goal. for right now I am using the phallosan stretcher I try to do atleast 4 hours a day with it. and im also using a pump. Please join me in my journey as it begins on august 19 in nyc. Thanks to all the guys that I\'ve talked to on chat thingy for all the emotional support. A special thanks to jmsurfer who has done a lot of research for me. I will keep you guys updated on my surgery.
