TOPIC: What option are there for girth enhancement other than PMMA?

It is becoming evident that some people bodies don\'t agree with PMMA. There seem to be so many types of different implants. Are there any that are permanent but don\'t the the scarring effect (DR ELIST) or immune response problems?

The reason PMMA is even considered is because the other options are fraught with problems. Hence the advice usually given is only consider a PE procedure as an absolute last resort. I\'ve said it time and time again, but if there were any decent options, every cosmetic surgeon and Urologist in the US would be offering it. As things stand only a handful of Dr\'s in the entire country do these procedures and it\'s not because they hate money! To be fair to PMMA, to date, the problems we\'ve seen with are much less than any of the other options. In PE terms it\'s actually somewhat of a game changer, as there has never been a procedure with such low complication rate and high satisfaction rate. At the moment those rates aren\'t good enough for me personally, but they are way better than the other options.

The problem is that the penis is a dynamic organ and needs good blood supply. Hence it\'s very hard to graft a material to it.
