After years of experiments and discussions what procedure and what stuff has revealed more safe for penis enlargement?

Grafts tend not to do very well on the penis, as it is a dynamic organ and blood supply can be compromised. Basically because it changes in size so much from flaccid to erect, then grafting is a challenge, as the material needs to stretch and often it doesn\'t, which is further complicated by the formation of scar tissue. If your penis is 3\" flaccid and 6\" erect, then it\'s not hard to understand why grafts often lead to shortening and fibrosis. Then there is the issue of blood supply. If you search this site you\'ll find several members who have had tissue death due to grafts. Don3, UncleJJ, Trying, Bonehead and craigcoasty are all members who off the top of my head I can remember who have experienced tissue death due to grafts. Recently we had a member called TheAlchemist, who had his penis completely destroyed by a graft procedure. Dr Mark Solomon. But all PE surgeons have their fair share of these cases. Surgery and the penis just don\'t mix well. The other 5 members I mentioned in the post above also suffered tissue death and I think each of them went to a different Dr.

What is the best solution to inject in your penis so far?

If you ask me, PMMA is by far the best method. It is painless, non invasive and has a low complication rate.
