TOPIC: Supplements in my cart on Amazon

Thanks CHL - I thought Vitamin C was popular with the PMMA crowd for the collagen growth. It plays an important role in collagen synthesis, doesn't it?

I did read that double blind placebo controlled trials with arnica showed that it was not effective - but those were tablets. The gel has unbelievably high reviews. I'm not sure what to make of biotin and the rest - but the reviews are really good (and I tend to think amazon has reliable reviews).

Vitamin C can't really go under the skin unless it is stabilized - I used to know about this...there's something called MAP vitamin c which is supposed to be absorbed better...but it can burn topically. I probably don't want to add that to the penis after PMMA.

I didn't realize how fast C was in and out of the body. Yeah, a lot of supplements just give us expensive urine! Alpha lipoic acid keeps C active, I believe I read.

I read a lot & still can't figure out how much supplements help or possibly hurt. I think I need to start something now if I want it fully in my system by the time I get PMMA.

All have very high reviews on amazon for improving hair, skin, nailes - and even giving more energy... but what do you think about PMMA?
