Hi guys, I\'m new to the forum but i have been reading alot this past month, I\'m curious what\'s oldest case of PMMA performed by doctor C, I\'m really interested in this procedure but since it\'s so new, I\'m worried about the long term effects, since I don\'t want my loose my penis in 10 to 15 years to some type of infection.
Our oldest known reporting member (Dr. C patient) would be GSXR7501941 and he\'s had it for 3 years (2 weeks ago marks his 3 years) Here is his Progress Report and here is when he first reports it: Page 9 of the Original Dr. C Mega-Thread. What you should know is that long-term complications with PMMA penile bioplasty are not well known, but it should also be noted that virtually every Phalloplasty method you choose will run the risk of some type of infection both short and long term. With any elective cosmetic procedure, there are risks and you will have to accept that if you choose this route...the only silver lining is that in even some of the most major complications, no one ever really \"loses\" their penis (in the literal sense).
Your best bet is to start reading and practice patience (as in, don\'t feel the need to get something done right away, for all you know, you might decide against getting any procedure done). Good luck!
