TOPIC: Help Preventing Retraction - The sleeve from China was not so great

I think most people agree it is important to prevent retraction when doing PE or getting PMMA...So, I got the \"Stealth Innerwear\" thing from China which was not really useful. It is not strong enough in the area under the glans to actually hold the penis and prevent retraction in my case - maybe it works for others who don\'t turtle as much. I ordered my \"exact\" size and a size below for more grip - but neither one helped. They both made my penis very very white after 30 minutes of wearing (which doesn\'t seem healthy, but I don\'t know?). And, by \"wearing\" - I mean, 10 minutes later, it already started retracting. I saw someone else on here post pics of himself wearing it, but I guess we are just different. It didn\'t work for me.

I am using an extender for a while until I can get a little more length and recover from surgery (peyronie\'s - per doctor\'s instructions since surgery causes size loss) - but the ADS is not comfortable...especially the noose-type ones. And, taking it off & on is annoying. I haven\'t tried the \"condom\" style designs (phallosan)...and they\'re expensive so I haven\'t bothered ordering it yet until I have read some unbiased reviews.

I am looking for something to use now to wear at night or to supplement the traction - and also for post-PMMA a bit down the road if anyone has any suggestions. I would assume you can\'t use an extender for a while after PMMA or you\'d get a big indent where the noose goes? Do people use Phallosan after PMMA? What do you think of just wrapping it like here: www.pegym.com/penis-exercises/traction-wrapping-101 - It seems like it would slip out of that unless it was extremely tight - and too-tight seems like a bad idea.

Hey Smaljay - thanks for the info. Someone lost 0.5\" from PMMA? That\'s the first I heard of that (and I thought I read all the \"risks\" threads)...I didn\'t think that was possible since it\'s just a Girth augmentation. Do you know where that post is by any chance? Does he explain why the doctor (i assume Dr. C?) thinks he lost length? I guess I\'m on the fence about wearing something at night. The analogy I\'ve always been given is to braces - but it is more for my circumstance, though. I.e., with teeth - your braces stay on 24/7 to straighten them out - which was my doc\'s original argument for why traction helps peyronie\'s disease...but you bring up a good point - does it help size if you don\'t let it rest? I think you may be right there...I\'m not really a big reader of PE forums & the stuff tends to be so anecdotal, I never know what to make of it. I\'m sure guys have to take time off - or you\'re going to get sore anyway.

For the stealth, I think I\'d have to test out a bunch of sizes - if any would even work... vs. the tape that seems easier to deal with too (though might get costly). The main problems are that I can really vary 1-2 inches from one hour to the next - and a bit in Girth too... so I don\'t know if any stealth would work since that ring isn\'t tight enough. Maybe I have more aggressive retraction than most too. I have had injections (verapamil for Peyronies - useless unfortunately) & the doc used that tape to wrap the penis & I did not retract..but was also very swollen and full of saline from the verapamil solution.

Thanks for the link dcpimpin... I am not sure what to make of the whole \"they dont provide any replacement parts\" thing in the beginning...it\'s kinda expensive and seems to have a lot of parts.
