Answers to my Questions from Alexander Krakovsky.
1) With the dermal graft, what is the scarring like? Could you attach some photos so I can see past Krakovsky cases? The pubic incision scar heals really well and so does the incision behind the head. Within a few months the incisions should be very undetectable. Under the creases of the butt varies from patient to patient.
2) How many surgeries can you have to thicken the penis? Is there a limit to how many dermal graft transfers you can have? With
Belladerm you can come back 2-3 times depending but you need to keep stretching to be able to fit more graft. With Dermal Graft it\'s a one time thing. It\'s so thick that there isn\'t room for another.
3) Likewise with the
Belladerm... Can you please advise. Answered above.
4) What are the expected
Girth gains from
Dermal Grafts VS
Belladerm?
Belladerm can be from .3-1.5\". Dermal Graft can be from 1-2.5\". Some patients have a lot of space available for a graft and others don\'t.
5) How long can your penis be surgically extended? Can you please tell me about the mandatory stretching routine that you provide your patients and what is required and for how long please? With a graft soft length can go up 1-2\" immediately after surgery when the graft is really thick.
Erect length doesn\'t get longer until you stretch for a few months because you are swollen and are not allowed to stretch for 6 weeks. With stretching we will get you leg strap stretching and weight stretching. Will give you an aggressive stretching program when your cleared to stretch. My system will be available this October. 6) What would happen to my penis in say 5-10 years time if I sought to get this surgery? Does the surgery need to be repeated or revised like say female breast implants are recommended to be changed every 10 years or so? I have spoken to Dermal Graft patients who had the surgery from the early 90\'s all the way up to now. Very rarely do I hear of revisions with the grafts.
Belladerm has been available through our office for about four years now. Only one patient comes to mind who needed a
Revision. No calls from other doctors patients that had issues. Alloderm (cadaver) however had many issues from our office and other doctors offices. That is why we stopped using it.
