I\'m new here...been reading for months and just now started posting since I\'ve booked my appointment for mid Feb. Thanks to all for this valuable resource, I never would have had the courage to proceed without the first hand experiences everyone has shared here.
I\'ve read that some folks do stretching to prepare for the PMMA...and it seems some have done it over the years prior to this. I\'ve never done it or really considered it. Do you think it is necessary/heavily recommended prior to and/or after PMMA or is it just for a little extra.
I\'m really not interested in that ordeal but if it would make a big difference I suppose I\'d do anything.
I think Dr. C has recommended to halt any stretching a week or so before the procedure to allow any healing that\'s going on to finish up before the PMMA goes in. I think members have started Hanging routines at around 2 months post op with results but I\'m not entirely sure.
