 I don't think there is anyone still doing them, other than Dr K.

Getting a dermal graft in the US will too expensive for you anyway by the sound of things.

I heard Dr Comacho was doing them in TJ?

It's pretty invasive surgery and high risk. This is basically why no one does it in America.

 I know Dr.K used to do them, but after reading a few threads about him and his shills on here, I've decided not to use him...He does have good before and after pics. I sent his site an email asking questions, but they haven't responded and that has been around a month ago. Maybe he is out of the business now?

But to my main question, anyone do dermal fat grafts in the USA anymore? I figure it is my best option.

As of now, I don't have the funds saved up for multiple PMMA injections with Dr.C and I don't have enough funds saved up in case of emergencies that happen with the PMMA if I had to visit him again...
