Thanks for your response. Good question. Having read about the various procedures
PMMA strikes me as the one procedure that while still risky, has a good turn out rate. I understand a graft etc would give me up to 2 inches of
Girth but the procedure does seem a bit daunting. Nevertheless, if
PMMA did not exist I would be looking towards other procedures.
The problem has been identified in my mind. I need to get bigger, or she needs to get smaller. We are currently looking at ways to achieve a little bit of both and perhaps meeting in the middle.
The psychological/ego factor of this does affect me as well. I do not like being second best at anything, so it really irks me to be smaller than her previous experiences. While I understand I cannot do much about the length (although I am currently considering some type of
Hanger to gain a little bit of length pre
PMMA) I figure I can at least be as thick if not thicker than these guys via
PMMA.
