TOPIC: FFT

1)Has anyone had FFT since Dr. Guinta\'s office began advertising stem-cells as part of his formula?

I truly apologize for the next part because I\'m sure it\'s on the site somewhere, but the search function isn\'t helping in this case:

2) FFT vs PMMA. Go. (pro con lists, advantages disadvantages of one vs the other, etc)

1) Lots of people and it makes little difference. There are studies that show it does, but satisfaction rates among patients who have fat transfers, anywhere on the body, remain low. Also logic dictates that if it really worked then it would dominate the soft tissue filler market. Why bother with Restylane etc is a permanent, natural filler already exists?

2) PMMA is everything FFT wants to be and isn\'t. The two biggest flaws with FFT are that it isn\'t permanent in most cases, often reabsorbs unevenly and can feel unnaturally soft. PMMA is permanent and feels as firm, if not firmer (I\'ve read) than a normal penis. However, there is a major con which the long term complication rate is unknown. The sensible decision, in my opinion, is to wait and see how PMMA fairs over the next few years.

I haven\'t had it done but have been recently reconsidering it vs. PMMA. I have a question that maybe someone can answer - in terms of re-absorption, does it matter where the fat comes from? For me, I\'m in good shape (exercise frequently, etc), but even at my fittest (which was really fit), I always had love handles - nothing major, but they were always there, and the size never really changed. So I\'m wondering if this kind of fat is more \"stubborn\" perhaps, and might be better to use than e.g., my thigh fat, which disappears quite quickly when I exercise. Anyone have any insights?

It can be taken from the love handles. I guy was interviewed on British TV last week and he had the fat taken from that area.

I can see the logic of non-biological dermal fillers more now tbh. After reading more about body responses, collagen growth, and fat reabsorption, death of biological cells, I think in a vacuum a non biological filler makes more sense. Anything biological will break down and decompose over time more quickly where the other materials stimulate growth from collagen to surround the materials and protect it. I dont understand much about the science behind it but thats what i gather anyway

The FFT plus stem-cell formula in principle should have helped to increase the body\'s ability to keep the fat in the penis (which the FFT by itself wasnt doing). However, I have yet to hear anybody claiming it did so. So far.
