Given that some people are unhappy with their gains with 10% and Dr C would prefer not to use 20% for the 1st round, has anyone discussed the possibility of a compromise 16% with the Dr?
If 20% is nothing more than a mixture of 10% and 30%, then surely he could mix 30% with 2% to make 16%. The beads should be that bit closer together so gains are more predictable than with 10%, whilst it should be a touch more pliable than 20%, meaning less risk from an aesthetic point of view.
So often we see guys unsure about whether to request 10% or 20%, so it seems logical to me that something in between would make a good compromise.
It was my understanding that Dr C was now using 20% on the initial procedure if it was requested and there were no extenuating circumstances not to use it. If you would want 16%, why not 20? I would have taken 30% if it were an option but again, Girth is more important to me initially than aesthetics.

As long as the surface area isn\'t so great that the beads are too spread out, then concentration will more effect density than volume. Basically gains will be about the same. 16% will almost certainly give equal or close to it, gains of 20%, but will feel better and give Dr C better control.
Concentration doesn\'t necessarily mean bigger gains. Ifr the area covered is small enough, gains will be the same, but density different. Bone cement is basically high concentration PMMA. They use higher concentration as it creates a harder (bone like) tissue. Some of the guys who have had 30% say it feels like a muscle. Ideally we\'d want to use as low concentration as possible, whilst still generating sufficient gains.
Hey guys, this sounds odd. I found that I got a lot more firm... and so did the ladies. However I think that Dr C used quite a low concentration in my case because I told him to use whatever he chose. I\'ll find out what it was when I go in for round two. I would like to gain some more, as after week twenty it went down some. I guess it has to do with a shift in the collagen produced rather than anything else? In any case I\'d estimate it at about twenty percent less of a Girth gain than when I was at the max which came at about week ten.
Yes, I know it sounds odd. Most people get final gains after week 6 but mine took longer. And I haven\'t heard about others losing any of their gains in later weeks. However I\'ve waited about another ten weeks since noticing a slight slimming down and can now say it isn\'t just due to less potent erections or other issues. I think it is indeed a permanent slight decrease in the acquired gains.
I wonder also if it might not be a possible loss of swelling which in my case remained for quite a long time? In any case it looks like round two has become a must. I expect this time to request 20% with possibly 30% at the base, unless you guys who did such concentrations recommend against it. Thanks for your advice!
