TOPIC: Girth options

Girth options 12 years 9 months ago #1272229751

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could add to the list of options in which Girth can be obtained.
So far this is all I know of:
1: FFT. In this procedure, fat is liposuctioned from an area of your choice and is injected into penis. IMO, this is BY FAR the safest procedure for Girth enhancement, although results are lackluster at best due to rapid absorption of fat, and unevenness which could result in an ugly looking penis.
2: Grafts (including dermal fat, alloderm, Belladerm, ?) These procedures require long recovery times. Grafts give the best result for Girth (in terms of only having one operation performed, not multiple), though loss of penis length is guaranteed in most cases. Absorption occurs, which means that Girth is not permanent.
3: PMMA. Results are good, though multiple trips to the Dr. are usually needed to obtain goal in Girth, and is perhaps permanent, but long-term risks are not known.
4: Elist implant. Terrible track record. I shouldn\'t even list it, however, it is an option.
These are all the procedures that I know of for Girth. I listed some risks, though not all.
If anyone knows of more options for Girth, please do post.

Pretty much on point but there is the PLGA Scaffolding option as well which has mixed results. Here is a member who has had experience: phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...isplay&thread=183and phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...n=display&thread=160

Is the loss of length with Belladerm or alloderm a guarantee??

No, but it\'s likely that there will be some temporary retraction. Some people do lose length permanently though.

Most current allograft Surgeons require a serious consistent post-procedure Hanging or stretching program which they say will prevent any loss of lenght.
