Thanks SO, that is the histological picture of Lemperle\'s own PMMA collagen tissues and that what he wrote :-\" I add a histological picture of 20% PMMA after 10 years from my own nasolabial fold: you see broad bands of collagen between the beads, which won\'t change much - as scars in old people do not Atrophy and get indented. The beads are a permanent stimulus for collagen until their/our end.\"
