smartman, first off let me say that my response is not personal, and my only intention is to clear up the false stories about PE that have been circulating around the internet for years!
PE is a sort of pseudo-science and much of what we know are based on personal testimonies. In the best cases the testimonies are documented with photos and diaries on a forum such as this one. In most cases it is just hearsay, or a entirely fabricated story by some guy trying to make a living off of PE.
I understand that cultures have hung weight from their penises, that is well documented. However, this does not mean their intention was to increase penis size. Furthermore, I have not seen any legitimate reports of a man with a 20\" penis, let alone a 20\" penis that was the result of hanging weights.
In regards your claim about Karamojong men, it is just another rumor. This article disproves it:
str8talkchronicle.com/?p=14721
.
I have seen the pictures of the men with \"long wooden tube-like\" contraptions over their penises. These are long bamboo rods on their penises, and this practice is for decoration, not penis enlargement. Some of them are even decorated with flowers, .
The fact is that Westerners have a bad habit of observing other cultures customs and interpreting them with their own biases. The proper way to observe another culture is to do away with your own preconceived notions and try to see the world through their eyes. This is where all of the confusion stems from.
The penis is a unique organ. It cannot be worked out like quads, or a bicep. It does not deform as bones do. Yes, the penis shares some of the same tissues as an ear or lip, but it is an entirely different organ with many complexities. We cannot look at an arbitrary body part and apply those principles to the penis and assume it will work the same way ' it just does not work that way.
Let me make it clear that I do believe natural PE is possible. I\'m just trying to separate the BS from the facts.
