As for potential gains, hard to predict since now the Doctor uses 10% instead of 20%, but I suspect with your length you\'d achieve 0.5\" MSEG give-or-take after the first round. Gains are not guaranteed.

I personally have no qualms with advocating PMMA to the under-average guy but I must stress that you must be willing to accept that this is still something lesser known in the long-term as far as complications are concerned. There are other phallo-methods as well, so it is equally advisable to do all your research
