It would be interesting to know:-which cannulas she is using ( micro cannulas? )-which concentration of Metacrill she is using ( I d like 30% solution )-how many times she has performed the operation-if she ever had any of her patients develop granuloma(s)

I emailed the Dr a couple of wks back about performing the procedure on uncircumcised guys such as myself and she replied that she does perform PMMA for uncut guys.

So good news there as i believe alot more European male considering the procedure will be uncircumcised than the vast majority across the Pond.

Also wanted to say Good luck to Eastender. I\'m from the UK and thinking of having this done and going to Prague rather than Mexico would be a tad easier! Please keep us updated.

I have sent Dr. Samy Passy 3 e-mails and that was his reply :-

1- I do not know Dr Nemckova. May be she attended some conferences I did, but I personaly do not know her.
I do not recommend.
2- The distributor of Metacrill in Europe is a woman in Espa'a. She is not telling the truth
I do not know that dr.
3- In my 3rd e-mail I told him that is the same woman I am talking about she has a private clinic in Spain. But still I didn\'t get his reply.

So eastender and olafspo wait don\'t get the injection, till I get more information about her, she might attended a workshop with Dr. Samy in Rio. but he doesn\'t remember her, what he remember only there is a distributor of Metacrill a lady in Spain. I am sure she did use Metacrill but I think she has only a short experience with PMMA injection.
And the other reason I wouldn\'t let her inject PMMA in my penis because of her C.V. :- She is an Ear Nose Throat (ENT) doctor who attended multiple Metacrill courses since 2006 in Rio. . She might be good in PMMA penile bioplasty but still I will wait and get more information about her. So plz don\'t do it.

I recieved today an e-mail from Dr. Samy :-

Really Ivana is the distributor of Metacrill in Europe.
I do not know her family name, that was the reason why I said I did not know her.
Now I localized the woman, really she is the distributor in Europe, living in Sevilla, Spain.
But I do not know her tittles in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, it seems to me very strange, because I did not meet this Ivana in Rio, unless in a dinner with the owner of Metacrill, Mr Jose Alfredo Damasio, a friend of mine.
I do not recognize her experience with Metacrill.
In Brasil there are no courses on Master in Metacrill.
She has not any title on Plastic Surgery.
She has not any title in Aesthetic Medicine.
She has no any title on Dermatology, that are the main specialties that handle with implants, so it is very strange to me that she is an expert in Metacrill. But everything is posible in this field. I would not permit her to inject my penis, definitively.

She can be good in injecting Metacrill and can give you great results but I would only have a consultation with her without getting the injection in the 1st visit, ask her how many penile injection she did, does she inject the gap behind the glans and if you get a lump how can she treat it esp. if it was under thin skin e.g. behind the glans ( Kenalog+ 5FU) . I am sure she did facial metacrill injection (as an ENT doctor) but in penile injection she could have few cases ?????

BTW I have asked Lemperle too about her and that was his reply :-
Samy told me that , once - however, having a distributor does not mean approval... especially in Spain and Czech Republic.... I will find out in Mexico City.
She may have experience in penile augmentation: I can imagine that women have a better hand for it... ? Ask her how many penises she has injected !

I just called her.
She had done the applications for 3 years and 30 times injected a penis with Metacrill.
Until today no problem.She knows Sammy Passy and Samy does not like her very much because he also had planned to bring Metacrill to Europe. But she got the approval and Samy is not able now to sell Metacrill to Europe and make money with it. ( He owns a part of Metacrill )
I don t know if 30 applications in the Penis are a lot or not, I believe Dr Casavantes has done much more...
I will still ask her about the gap injection and Kenalog...

Metacrill is a permanent and safe inyectable filler on the basis of polymethylmethacrylate microspheres (PMMA). The PMMA microspheres are suspended in carboxymethycelulose (an absorbible coloid material widely used in medicine). Metacrill is a permanent material, which does not migrate, and enhances the formation of own collagen in the place of application.

As you already know, Metacrill is also used for volume enhancement of male genitals. I have been applying Metacrill to male genitals (among other applications) for the last three years (since the approval of the product in the EU). I also train other doctors. I did not have encountered any granuloma or Necrosis, we are also monitoring the statistics of complications at worldwide level and it is very low (below 0.5%).

Metacrill is applied with a microcannula in the cellulose layer of the penis, without altering the structure, sensibility or Erection. Penis diameter can be increased up to approximately 1 cm, we use concentration of 30%.

The complete procedure is progressive, divided in three applications, with a 2-month period between each application. During each application, approx. 10 to 15 ml of Metacrill are applied. The price is approx. EUR 3500 for all three sessions, depending on the volume applied. If you decide for the application, it would be good if you also bring a jes-extender.
