I purchased the vacads basic package. I love that the vaccum suction naturally pulls out my retracted penis. I\'m hoping this is how I will hang post surgery without the device. I\'m a little confused and would appreciate any suggestions on this device. I am 3 weeks away from getting lengthening done with Dr. Camacho.
So far, I have only used the blue sleeve with the clear top. I have not used any weights, but I have used the rope and attached it to my leg to stretch. I usually only do that for an hour. I am erroring on the cautious side, but would like some results and would like to get a routine down for post surgery stretching.
What is the right tension? A little bit of pain/irritation?
How long can I have it tied to my leg? All night or just a few hours?
Hey Guys i feel like the best time to work the penis through stretches is after masturbation or sex. It seems like this is the time when the penis naturally wants to retract and for some reason i feel like i can really feel a better stretch during this period... i stretch all day usually 1.5 to 2 hours on and 1 hour off until bed time... I use the jes extender... ligaments are very sore afterwards, im just about 3 weeks post op from a lig cut and PMMA
I have gone above 15lbs before but in order to eliminate blisters you have to really limit the set length (15 min) and that means more sets...and longer overall time (because of the in between set time), which for me is a precious commodity. I believe between 13-15 lbs for my size is delivering consistent gains at 25-28 minute sets (usually 2-3 sets a day), and I\'m usually using only 13 but adding the extra 2lbs at the end of the set, like the last 3-5 minutes, with the higher weight. The number of sets using water as the medium is only limited by your time and comfort, and I think water extends the life of the grip membrane (the one on the vacuum unit you stretch over the sleeve on your penis).
I don\'t know how much the fact that my ligs have been snipped allow for me to continue making gains at the same weight, or whether I\'ll need to increase the weight at some point. I would probably start Hanging different angles before increasing the weight (BTC, or straight up and everywhere in between).

Blistering has happened to me and it sucks, no doubt, but with trial and error (and blisters) I have found my edge, and the gains are continuing Hanging 13-15 lbs with the grip (another vac Hanger). I actually fill it with water (liquids wont compress or expand like gases) and have greater success this way. I have greater comfort with this style than the clamp style hangers, with which I have extensive experience. Good luck, go slow, and pay attention to pain...also, it\'s slow once you get past just stretching skin.
How many sets are you able to hang with this vac Hanger doing it how you do with water in it? Have you been able to go over 15lbs? I am just returning to Hanging myself after none in around 3 years. Using my BIB \'hardcore\' Hanger like before. When I was \"in the swing of things\" back then, I did not see much in gains until I got up to the 12.5lb-15lb mark and my best gains started when I broke 15lbs.

About stretchers. While I do agree trhat by themselves they are not the big deal, theyt can indeed help, if you use it well. I use it for a few hours at night, at maximum, after having used an ADS all day and having hanged with weights. It helps, but then by itself it is just one more device to use. When I try using a stretcher in the morning without having done any stretching or Hanging weights I have to lower the strength (minus an Inch or so in the number of rods).
I\'m going to be very honest and only because of my own experience with similar devices...not to upset you, or make you feel like you could have put your money elsewhere. The type of device you have is good for some light stretching. That\'s about it. You\'ll likely not see gains from it. In fact, you\'d be better off attempting to gain from a stretcher device with the rods and such. Don\'t get me wrong, it\'s not completely useless. It would go along well with a manual stretching routine to \"potentially\" aid in making gains. However, the device on its\' own will probably not ever provide gains. There\'s just nowhere near enough tension from it.
There seems to be this entire \"camp\" per se, in the PE community which is devoted to perpetuating the belief that the penis is \"easy\" to enlarge and you only need to do \"light stretching\" to make it permanently larger.
You likely will not have much success without much frustration trying to hang weights with this device. Same goes for pretty much all \"vac hangers\". They are decent at handling low weights...up to 10lbs usually. 10lbs is, in reality, child\'s play when it comes to stretching the penis. Go past 10lbs for more than a few minutes and you are likely to have severe blister problems. This is mainly because of the fact that vacuum pressure increases inside of these devices as you apply more resistance to the front of them. You can attempt to wrap your glans and/or \"tape\" it to get around the blistering, but that only seems to work for a very small percentage of men from what I have seen. I\'m not pulling this out of my proverbial ass either. I\'ve been around the online community and seen AND USED pretty much everything that has come around the community. Pumps, straps, lassos, hangers, vacuum devices of all kinds, you name it.
There are some here who are familiar with hangers and stretching devices, I\'ll let them chime in, but I also wanted to suggest checking out thundersplace.com - a lot of members there have experience with PE exercising.
Good luck with your upcoming procedure!
Note* I was about to move this thread to the Manual PE forum, but since it is in conjunction with Phalloplasty, I figure it can stay here for now.
