do you frequently get your liver checked when taking alpha -blockers? My hang is much more frequent throughout the day. I wish this was permanet even after i stop taking the alpha blockers.

There has to be something out there that can show the full/nearly full capacity of our Flaccid penises.
Something that shows how big you are in errect state while still beeing Flaccid.

It would even only have to last for 12/24 hours. This should be the most manageable task for penile enhancement. Comparing it to the other goals that want to add sth.

Something that expands the cells of the penis to a certain extend in the nature given range.

Ask Wade about the Botox now. Two weeks ago he said he was getting a study in the coming days. They may know how to do it by then if they know you want it. I go back in October I am going to check with him

I probably won\'t be doing the botox injections myself because I am really only concerned about post-op Turtling. I\'m looking into a short term solution like the alpha blockers or maybe muscle relaxers like flexural.

I did send Wade an email asking for details like when they plan on doing the procedure, what it will cost, what complications/risks can we expect. I\'ll relay what I hear back from Wade.

Here is what Wade sent me about Botox injections.

-We are doing Botox into the Dartos, and having great results with scrotal hang, however in regards to penile retraction, the results vary for each patient. I would not guarantee less retraction to the penis, however it does help some patients.'

-The fee is $250, and ideally should be performed three to five days prior to having the procedure.'

-Many patients decide to do the Botox the same day as their procedure.'

-There no are issues with using Botox in this area.'

Hi Imperial, there is a paper I have posted it in post no.1 around a year ago from Egypt, they found the success rate with botox injection was about 70% of the cases ( so that is true what Wade has said \" the results vary\" ), also in post 9 it was mentioned that it should be done 3-5 days before PMMA injection . In post 10 Zmann had mentioned the botox injection to Wade who was interested about it.

I have read the entire thread and thank you for bringing this procedure to the forum. I just wanted to post Wades latest comments regarding their use of Botox, especially his comment about the success of penile retraction. It could be they are having limited results (less than 70%)? Or it could be that patients have different expectations and are reporting limited success? Or maybe since they have only be doing the procedure for a short time they want to be cautious with patient expectations?

Regardless, it sounds like the procedure is relatively safe and at $250 might be a good option for the growers out there. As long as guys understand that results will vary.

That is very good news about the botox, I am a big time Grower and I think that has had an impact on some of my surgeries. I wish they had some kind of lower body numbing drug that would make it so you couldn\'t get an Erection for up to 3 days after the surgery.

Im curious how strong the effect really is.
In the openingpost the paper said that some men who had it done even said, that it was increasing their Flaccid size. At least it appreared like that to them.
But if that would be a sign for max Flaccid size all the time, that wouldnt be bad.

The doc says its like the effect of strechting the penis for a while and then releasing it.
So i dont know how good it would work.


As for the PMMA patient who take it the same day as the PMMA treatment, that just stupid and pointless.

We could use some reports on botox use only thats for sure.

It was mentioned that botox should be given before pmma injection (e.g. in radial lip lines) to get the best results . As we know Botox will start to work after 3-5 days but its action will be maximize after 8-10 days so actually it is advised to use pmma injection after 2 wks from botox injection ; check this paper esp. between fig.24+25 :-

I read it also some where there are other doctors who have good results of pmma injection after botox injection and they are going to publish their results .

So we don\'t know for sure if botox will help pmma\'s results in the penis ??? Dr. C. could make a study about it ???

It has been about six months and I was wondering if anyone who had this done at Dr C\'s or elsewhere could give us some feedback? Otherwise I\'ll have to be the one to test it maybe? I do wish to solve my tennis ball Flaccid before hitting the nude beach this summer. Especially after a 4th round of PMMA.

Well, I actually did have the Botox done in May, and then 5 weeks later I had it again for my round 2 because it wasn\'t working. Even the second dose didn\'t work for me at all, so I guess I\'m one of the 30% of people it doesn\'t work for.
