TOPIC: New member, what's my best option?

New member, what's my best option? 12 years 7 months ago #1269957248

Hi, guys. I\'ve been lurking on the site for a while and just joined because I\'m getting serious about PE! I\'m still daunted by all the information and options, but I\'m hoping I can \"cut to the chase\" and determine my best option.

My stats:

length, bone-pressed, Erect : 5\"
Girth, mid-shaft, Erect : 4.5\"

I\'m anxious to get the procedure, but should I follow a stretching or some other regimen prior to surgery in order to get the best results? Where can I get more information on this?

Should I get lengthening and Girth enhancement at the same time? Is it better to do one before the other? I am more concerned about Girth, but I don\'t want to get the Girth enhancement at the risk of losing length.

What\'s my best option? PMMA in Tijuana? Money, time and travel are non-issues!

I am hoping for a 1\"-1.5\" increase in Girth and a 1\" increase in length. I would like to maintain a normal-looking penis.

Thanks, guys!

Your stats are identical to mine after my first round of PMMA injections, and I can tell you that they aren\'t bad.
Obtaining length is hit or miss, and no where nearly as established as Girth is. As of now, the only way to obtain length surgically is to sever the suspensory ligaments hold the penis and to follow it up with a dedicated long-term stretching program. This method has not shown to provide consistent and satisfactory results for Erect length gains (it is possible, simply not guaranteed).
Another option, which is equally controversial, is a committed manual PE program where you use traction and other methods to gain length. More info regarding this can be found on this site as well as places like Thundersplace.com. I should note, however, that pursuing this route for length must be done cautiously and conservatively since not everyone\'s penis can handle the same stresses. This method, like surgery, is hit or miss and Erect length gains cannot be a sure thing.
As for Girth, both manual PE and surgery are options. As for surgical methods, the most well known ones include PMMA, FFT, Scaffolding, DFG (Dermal Fat Grafts), Alloderm, Belladerm, and silicone implant.
You can conceivably obtain 1\"-1.5\" in Erect Girth by phalloplastic-means, but length is a much more evasive goal.
Your best bet is to check out this forum (as well as the old one found at Phalloplasty.proboards.com) and determine whether or not the risks associated with Phalloplasty are something you are willing to accept for the sake of PE.
Good luck!

Can you really get results from manuel PE for Girth increases. If so, what is the best method?

@JetsFan
Some have claimed to obtain Girth from manual PE, but most results I\'ve seen have been under an Inch in Erect gains. It is very rare to find someone who claims to have obtained over a solid Inch of Erect Girth.
In my personal opinion, the exercises that are supposedly successful for Girth gains tend to be very strenuous on the penis, most notably vacuum pumping and Clamping. More can be learned about them on manual PE forums, but I must caution that those \"workouts\" are best suited for penises who have been conditioned to tolerate manual PE for many months.
The biggest problem with manual PE is that you can spend months obtaining zero inches in Girth, all while putting your penis at risk for injury. The World of PE is a scary one, so please be careful with how you approach it.
Good luck.
