TOPIC: Dr Ralph?

Dr Ralph? 10 years 10 months ago #1269895266

I was watching show my penis and I and the guy goes to visit dr ralph from london.

He tells him what he can gain Flaccid but said for erect he will need to do a more complicated proceedure on the actual penis itself which is riskier.

What is that proceedure then?

Oh ... the bonus of this, the testosterone he is on (which he will be on for the rest of his life, to replace the T he doesn\'t produce) has prematurely closed his growth plates. He will reach the grand height of 5\"6. Not the end of the world, considering the rest of the fun he has to look forward to. OH... and all of you body builders and guys looking to increase your T and talking about Anastrozole (Armidex). It\'s a CANCER drug. While all of your pity would be welcoming, it\'s not really what I am looking for. I am searching for a miracle. A doctor with something new. Stem Cell isn\'t there yet. Transplant a la South Africa isn\'t good enough yet. He doesn\'t need 5, 6, 7 inches. He needs 2 inches. 3 if I am being a greedy pig. Just enough to function. Please, if any of you have a direction to point me in, I would so appreciate it. Also, one other thing. I know there is so much unhappiness out there. I\'m sorry. But maybe, just maybe If you are able to pee normally without dripping all over yourself, for one second you can step outside yourself and say an \'Amen\'.

Welcome to our site and thx for sharing.

I do wish your son the best of luck in finding a solution to achieve his desires and goals in life.

This site, as you mentioned, is about men and their penises. Most of us are lucky to have what we have. Life is relative in may ways. Many men, due to social pressures and other anxieties, are looking for larger penises so I am sure you will understand what you read in these forums. Yes, some of this stuff is \"fascinating\" but a lot of it is very important to most if not all of the men mental health and self esteem and I respect that and I hope every one does too. Many women go through the same \"fascinating stuff\" from doing simple make up, change color of their hair to enhancing their boobs, buttocks, lips, vaginas and so on...

Please keep us posted with any progress with your son\'s condition. I certainly wish him the best!

Cheers!

Hormones play a HUGE part; in the second and third trimester.
Even with high T levels and stretching, you\'re working against, not with Mother Nature. Sorry!

Im also sure stretching should work. Penis extenders with some testosterne or cutting ligaments on guys with a ery tight ligament.

I still think hormones play a part.

Mine has actually gotten smaller since I was a young teen. No growth for sure.

Yes actually, it is. Real lengthening of the corporal bodies is not possible at present. It\'s more complex than you would imagine.

Damn it, when will they make a good lengthening surgery.

I just want 3-4 cm gain erect. Is that too much to ask from science?

@hoddle10
I concur. Only true cases of microphallus or gender reassignment cases would qualify.

Mr Ralph wouldn\'t perform this procedure on just anyone. Very few people would be considered as candidates.

@p.... Wow! That\'s a mouthful!

I believe this procedure calls for insertion of a penile prosthesis. Please see below. This procedure is NOT worth the risk. Please trust me on this. I know what I\'m talking about.

A micropenis can develop from inadequate testosterone in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of fetal growth, although there may be other causes such as genetic make-up or androgen insensitivity, where the fetus begins as a male but is insensitive to the male hormone testosterone during growth. A number of treatments are available or alternatively gender reassignment may be considered.

Phalloplasty or penile enlargement involves cutting a flap of skin from the patient\'s forearm and shaping it into a penis four or five inches long. To maintain erogenous sensation, the original penis is incorporated into the surface of the transplanted skin. Patients receive a urethra to enable them to urinate, and an inflatable penile prosthesis to allow an erection to engage in sexual intercourse.

UCL surgeons performed the operation on nine men aged 19 to 43 with a range of medical backgrounds, including three hermaphrodites and two men who had problems with androgen (the group of hormones which includes testosterone), one of whom became deficient in androgen after chemotherapy.

Following surgery, all patients were found to be satisfied with the cosmetic appearance of their penis, with four patients able to urinate standing up and four able to have regular sexual intercourse. However, in several cases multiple complications arose, such as an infection or a shift in the cylinder position, with subsequent Revision operations needed.

Dr David Ralph of UCL\'s Institute of Urology says: \"This operation can change the life of young men, improving their self-esteem and quality of life and allowing many of them to have sexual intercourse, sometimes for the first time in their life. However, patients should be aware of the high risk of complications from this procedure.\"

I sent a long and quite irrelevant e-mail (at some parts!) to Dr. David Ralph but his secretary (Kate from the office of David Ralph) replied instead with:

Would you like me to arrange a telephone consultation for you. Fee would be '150?

Let me know,
Kind regards,
Kate

sorry about your sons issues, that is a very hard card to be dealt. Unfortunately, there isn\'t much in the way of miracles for penis size. You said he already had ligament cut (if i read right). Well besides ligament cut, there is virtually no way of surgically increasing penis length. And the only viable option for increasing Girth is PMMA, but if he is not even 2\'\' erect (if i read right), then i don\'t know if PMMA would even be right for him (not to mention he isn\'t even 18 yet).

however, a possible solution that could give him more length is manual stretching, but i don\'t even know if that is suitable for a 13-14 yearold. when he\'s 18 he can probably use a vacuum pump that might increase the size. Also look into topical DHT as i have read studies of it increasing the Phallus of micropenis sufferers ( i believe by several cm). but you have to do your own reaserch and preferably talk to more doctors as his age makes things much more difficult.
