I think we should refrain from using the term \"pervert,\" I think Sheldon was making a comical reference to Fred\'s unusual size.
With that being said, the above link is too pornographic and extreme in nature and the link will be removed.

That looks horrible and its not aesthetically pleasing. I would think that the goal is to have a larger natural looking penis that women will enjoy.

I guess it is all a matter of personal peference. Some guys want to go for the cone shape, some want a subtle taper.

For me personally, I think that some of the aesthetics are partially dependant on glans size. I mean, yeah, someone could go 6.5\" directly under the glans, but it won\'t look right if the glans itself is only 5\". Just my opinion and why I think finding a good glans enlargement option is important.

What do you feel is an appropriate taper from base to glans? Do you think being 7\" at the base and 6\" at the glans is too cone-like? Is 6.5\" base and 6\" behind glans is more aesthetic? Is 7\" base and 6.5\" glans a little overboard? Hmm...I guess these measurements should be considered on an average 6\" Erect length penis.
