TOPIC: Manual PE after PMMA?

Manual PE after PMMA? 13 years 3 months ago #1269783301

Oh I know its much easier to just pay for another round... but all I want is 0.25\" increase.

A couple of months of pumping (which is fun anyway) could do it, if it encouraged more collagen growth... Just wondering if in theory this could be the case?

I went with PMMA after getting sick of countless Girth exercise with nothing but temporary gains (Clamping over time will give ya close to your desired increase temporarily), but no clue about whether or not its safe. Personally I\'m gonna avoid Clamping/pumping but am curious about jelqs as that and stretching is all I intend to do now.

I do agree with you Sizemic that the topic of manual PE needs to be covered a little more on this forum. And Vice versa there\'s hardly any mention of PMMA on thunders / Matters of size.

@Zmann
I\'m worried about the serious and possibly permanent damage manual PE can do, especially with respect to provoking erectile dysfunction. And this although I\'ve recently experienced a one Inch retraction in length I assume was due to chemical agents during experimental PE efforts. If you know of a SAFE way of stretching without any such risks thanks for voicing it here...

I\'ve stated my piece all over PB\'s on this topic. Upon injuring the neurovascular bundle and/or dorsal nerve, concomitant erectile dysfunction is sure to follow suit. If one has no reservations acquiring an artificial Erection through implantation of a rigid/inflatable penile prothesis in the future... then by all means, proceed with your manual PE. Ligamentolysis combined with precise, measurable, progressive traction will permit elongation of the visible (usable) penis but should be monitored by an experienced Urologist. If you take matters into you own hands (pun intended) and injure yourself; you are the only one to blame. I now have 3 pages of IM\'s from members here with injuries. Please consider the fact that you only have one (singular) penis. It is wonderful. Don\'t screw it up.

Also, please consider this...

Question: Why on God\'s green earth is there a section at MOS and Thunder\'s for injuries?

Answer: Because they happen genius!

That\'s right... Hanging weights, Clamping, pulling, Jelqing, and other forms of penile torture are not synonymous with penile health. Ask someone with a medical degree. I apologize for sounding so condescending. Having treated/counseled/advised so many injured men, I\'m quick to discourage someone from such practice. It will never happen though. Sigh.

Hmm well personally I spent 5 years + doing manual PE. I gained over 1\" of length in this time without any effect on Erection quality, no erectile dysfunction etc. If anything my Erection quality has improved.

Dr. Casavantes said I had extremely tough fascia and that is it... and I am the one to make the conclusion that my manual PE caused this not him.

Its somewhat ironic that we are willing to cut our penises open here, put foreign implants inside our penis, sew shit to the glans from the inside, inject fillers, use fats from other parts of the body, cut ligaments, sew grafts to our inner penises... yet something as simple as stretching is considered dangerous?

Personally... manual PE has been a large part of my life in the last 5 years. The only reason I did PMMA was because nothing of what I was doing resulted in Girth gains, only length. Also PMMA was actually cheaper for Girth than manual PE if you factor in the amount of time I spent on manual PE.

I understand everyone\'s concerns, but after being there for 5 years, manual PE is only as dangerous as you make it.

@Sizemic

We can agree to disagree then. Being much older and having worldly experience, I\'m prone to deter friends from an activity that can cause great harm. Manual PE is dangerous. If it were harmless, there would be no need for the aforementioned \"Boo Boos & Bandaids/Injury\" threads. You are very young Sizemic. You have many factors working in your favor. No offense is intended... but you are not the one receiving all of the phone calls, emails, texts, etc that I am flooded with daily from men who have seriously injured their penis doing \"natural PE\". As if Hanging/pumping/Jelqing/Clamping is \"natural\" anyway.

Some people will gain from manual PE but it is not without peril. Five years and no gains in Girth should tell you something about the time you invested in the bathroom/shower doing manual PE. Some people have a natural propensity to gain either length or Girth through manual manipulation and could possibly do so without harm. It is rare. I\'m happy that you are young and have experienced no negative side effects from your exploits in manual PE.

I\'ve been to Serbia, Brazil and California and spoken at lengths with the best urologists and andrologists in the world. My wish is that nobody gets hurt. It\'s as simple as that. I\'m not here to rain on your parade or cast doubt to your credibility. Just a man on a mission to serve my brethren to the best of my ability.

I don\'t want to discredit your performance or results as they are quite remarkable in all respects. But I think you might be more of the exception that the rule. I stopped trolling the manual PE forums after noticing that for the few who had considerable proven gains, there were multitudes frustrated at their fruitless efforts going further and further to stretch their limits. That many in so doing wound up hurting themselves thinking more effort would produce greater size, it deterred me from going further with this exercise. Since mine has become a \"hands off\" approach, and if some woman wants it bigger I\'ll let her tug at it herself lol.

I wonder if there\'s any manual PE that might bring out the veininess of a smooth post PMMA penis.

I am also very interested in this topic. If length PE isn\'t possible post PMMA I will wait a year or so getting to the length I want before adding PMMA.
