@wooferWelcome to PhalloBoards. There are members here that have undergone many different methods of Phalloplasty. Please use the search feature and page through the progress reports. Also, a quick view of the patient directory would probably serve you well. You need to read everything before making a life altering decision. There exists a wealth of knowledge both here and at our old site. This is mandatory reading. Results range from \"outstanding\" to \"never going to have sex again.\" Welcome and good luck to you.

Hi hope4more,
The decision to post pictures is entirely up to you. If you feel comfortable doing so, and feel that others could benefit from knowing your exact situation, then you may feel that it is worthwhile.
Welcome again! I would stress to do as much reading and research as you can.
Best, Skatezy

Thanks allot for the info... & I\'m definitely going to try to address and hopefully alleviate my PF condition first... I certainly acknowledge it takes a ton of courage for ya\'ll to actually go thru with the PMMA... Wow...!! That takes guts man... !! I\'ll most likely focus on the Peyronies thread pretty much exclusively so as to stay totally focused... Do you think it may be beneficial to post any pics on that thread..? I guess at some point I may consider it if ya\'ll think it could be helpful... Regards to everyone out there on this site contributing... This is a really interesting site and I have gotten some real value from it.. Especially the peyronies thread.. I cannot thiank you enough M7... Take care all and good luck to those who have gone thru the PMMA procedure and to those about to go thru it...!!!

@hope4more

Glad you are thinking with the right \"head\". Undertaking any form of Phalloplasty whether it be surgical or non surgical is essentially risking the welfare of your penis. Side effects and complications DO exist; of this there is no doubt. One must weigh heavily the possible negative consequences of the proposed procedure before committing. Caution and skepticism are signals from your brain and you are wise to listen to them. Best wishes to you and I\'m glad my thread on peyronie\'s has been of benefit to you. If I were you, I\'d alleviate any peyronie symptoms before considering any type of augmentation.

Hi hope4more,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for contributing. You are not a \"big chicken\" -- it is extremely sensible to want as much data as possible before making such an important decision. Unfortunately, we don\'t have the benefit right now of long term studies regarding PMMA.
Welcome again!

I\'m posting as a new member... thus far, i have only posted (to my recollection) on the peyronies thread... it has been wonderfully supportive for me... At some point, I will take a hard look at PMMA... For now, I guess you\'d say I\'m a big chicken... It just scares the begeezers out of me to not know (nor even have any examples to review) about the long term effects - complications regarding PMMA... It certainly sounds promising and I understand many of ya\'ll who have had PMMA seem to be happy with your results... Theres so many threads / posts on this site its a bit overwhelming knowing where to begin... This is why I\'m posting on this thread as I\'m a total newbie... Thank you all very much for having the courage to post your photos, progress, complications and just so much information... this is so intriguing.... If I knew -- right now -- that I had a very very high chance of success with PMMA and a very very low chance of short / long term negative complications, I\'d be all over it... Like I said-- I\'m a big chicken right now..... very kindest regards to all you courageous fellas out there...

Great posts by all! Glad SO agrees with me on waiting. You are fortunate to live in a day and age where advances in medicine are both rapid and profound. Dude... You are packing! Must be nice to be naturally blessed with Girth such as yours. With the advent of new techniques/procedures on the horizon, I\'m sure if you elect to proceed with PE in the future, you\'ll be a monster. (With less associated risks and superior results, your future in PE is very bright indeed.) Thanks for joining us. This is a great forum; host to many dedicated, intelligent, caring and experienced PE enthusiasts. I would be happy to help answer any questions you may have and I\'m confident so would any other member. I encourage you to contribute!

@icemanrocker - Nice to see another member from H-Town. At ~5.50\" mid shaft you would would be in the 90 percentile based on the Lifestyles condom measurement (done by medical staff) study.
Here is the Lifestyles Study measured girth from Wiki. See also www.mraverage.com/results.htm

Current state of the art Alloderm procedures yield ~0.75\" in girth, typically from stacking/folding 2 sheets.

@icemanrocker
Welcome aboard! I\'m sure you got my PM\'s, sorry about the inconveniences with the profile.
I agree with Miracle7, at your age and size, I would definitely wait out (or possibly not pursue elective intervention at all). This is just my advice, that is all.
With a 6\" base, you are bigger than most guys. With the fat pad reduction, you\'ll possess more volume than most of your peers. If you have no problem satisfying women at all at this point, why \"fix something that isn\'t broken?\"
Good luck with whatever it is you decide to do.

I guess that means I am shooting for the top 1 percentile

Now if only I did that well in school....

I would say that most people will use their mid-shaft measurement for their Girth, or will take an average of below the glans, mid-shaft and base.

The average Erect Girth is 4.75-5.0\" (depending on which study you read). Anything over 5.75\" mid-shaft Girth will place you in the top 10% of guys. Anything over 6\" mid-shaft Girth will place you in the top 5% of guys. Meaning, you will be bigger than 90 or 95% percent of the male population. Once you get to 6.5\" you are basically bigger than roughly 99% of guys.

@icemanrocker

First off, welcome to the boards! Here you will discover a wealth of knowledge regarding PE. There are many different approaches each with corresponding risks and results. You have a very good sized penis, especially in Girth! Girth as you have also obviously concluded is of higher significance in pleasing most women. I personally would not advocate PE at your young age. This is ONLY my opinion. With that in mind, most seem to agree that a penile circumference of 6 inches is ideal. There is a thread wherein polls about EL, EG, etc. can be viewed. Best of luck to you and happy you found your way here. Happy reading!

Welcome to the site... Erect Girth is just how fat your Dick is when its totally hard. I use one of the flexible tape measures so that it can wrap around my Dick when I measure. And in terms of a target size, I dont think anyone can tell you what that is for you. We all want to be large but keep in mind that aesthetics shouldnt be overlooked; meaning it needs to look natural and healthy. And your right... this site is great and full of information. Take your time and read the threads because many of your questions or thoughts have already been answered.
