Skateyz, well Erect length hard to tell since I really did not have a full Erection yet and in fact I have been stretching for only a week. I would say only a 1 cm gain in Flaccid length for now. And no I have not talked to anyone about the procedure, I seem to be the first.

Have you experienced any Erect length gains? Have you talked to others who similarly had this procedure, and what were their experiences?

I did talk to Dr. Comancho a few weeks ago. I am not sure they can do 2 inches Flaccid nor Erect. May be .5 of an Inch Erect with tons of stretching. Small gains in Flaccid are of course common if you make sure you stretch for a long time to prevent retraction.

Regarding regular PMMA you could probably fly home right away and deal with any discomfort in the airplane restroom. But a day\'s rest isn\'t superfluous as you\'ll have spent some time on an operating table, unless you enjoy travelling directly after such an experience. Regarding lengthening they dig down deep into your entrails detaching ligaments from the pelvic bone, this is no small intervention probably done under general anesthesia. I guess what you do once on your own is your call.

HC, sorry to hear you had an issue man. I\'m still using the DHT and not having any issues myself, so it will be interesting to hear what the doctor in Toronto has to say about this.

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be murky waters for most. Might I suggest an honest, candid appointment with a qualified endocrinologist. Having the appropriate blood and/or saliva work done can mean the difference between doing good, doing harm or doing nothing. I would like to encourage other members and guests of PB\'s to abstain from such practice without the supervision of your general practitioner or other qualified medical professional. While the possible benefits are immense, so are the negative consequences of inaccurate dosing/prescribing.

HI Hunk,
I take HCG, and tamoxifen citrate which is an ant estrogen blocker and although every person does not react the same to these types of treatments, I have not lost any Erect length at all. I use the autoextender as well. I have not done PMMA just yet but plan to by months end.

Thanks for the reassuring words. I think it also might be caused by the psychological stress my EP quest has placed on my sexuality, making my Erection quality lesser: this would give less full an Erection making it shorter.
Or it could be that by gaining Girth through the Chemical PE with the DHT cream, my unit still fills the same amount of blood as before before shutting down the valves, meaning that this blood fills a larger cavernous tissue and therefore doesn\'t \"top it up\" making for lesser Erect length?
I do think however that I should somehow regain the lost length, one way or another. The Erectile Dysfunction medicine should work well if I do get the QuadMix treatment. I can also try the Cialis pills I got prescribed but never have taken yet, that should increase the blood flow to make it get back to full length if this is indeed an Erection Quality issue. I do hope somehow that my brain will adjust and give me a stiffer one, as with the extra Girth through chemicals, and now the PMMA increase, it isn\'t nearly as hard as before. I think this is due to the Chemical PE or to psychological stress of undertaking a lot of PE efforts or even of having now an artificially enhanced unit?
Regarding the QuadMix I went to leading specialists here who assured me it is totally illegal in Europe where even Bi-Mix cannot be prescribed even if the doctor wishes to. The neuro-Urologist to test me with doppler echo sonar used a single NonMix with the main ingredient used in all mixes.
I plan to visit the doctor in Toronto who took out a patent for the use of QuadMix for PE purposes, based upon his research of penis growth during the testing of results of Erectile Dysfunction patients being given TriMix products. He is a doctor and prescribes this NOT for ED purposes but for PE purposes.

I\'m really sorry to hear that - I\'m sure you will be able to regain the length with the right regimen.

A question about the QuadMix - did a doctor prescribe this? In my opinion, you may want to \"come clean\" with a doctor you can trust about your experience, and perhaps they can prescribe the best next steps. I only say this because it seems like your previous regimen took a wrong turn with the retraction, and it would be terrible to have that happen again. Just my opinion - I wish you all the best!

I don\'t have the faintest idea. I was doing too many things at the same time. It might be the DHT cream I was applying which seemed to make it swell at the base and get thicker, did this pull down the tissues and make it shorter? I was also doing Pregnyl (Gonadotropin) injections of hormones from the placenta of pregnant Dutch women, and it might have caused excess estrogen despite taking an estrogen inhibitor at the same time? That might have made it retract?
Whatever the reason you can imagine this is most disturbing as my objective was primarily to gain length prior to PMMA and instead I went in shorter. Ouch!
I am now seeking ways to regain that length. My AutoVac extender is sitting in a UPS box near my house as it was shipped out ten days late by that rather unprofessional vendor, so I can\'t use an extender until I get back next month. So I must wait until then and maybe hope that QuadMix ED injections will stimulate growth lengthwise, as for Girth there are other solutions.

Do you mind saying what caused the 1 Inch retraction? Apologies if you\'ve already addressed this elsewhere...

Your remarks are quite true for one of length such as yours. Mine has retracted maybe a full Inch to possibly less than 5\" BPEL which isn\'t an issue at my current Girth but prevents doing anything much further without looking distorted.
So I think that the quest for any measure of length when one is shorter is valid if undertaking Girth enhancing steps. Too thick and short a Flaccid does look a bit odd, so I would be happy for an extra Inch at rest. It would make me all the less self-conscious at being short even if thick enough when in action. It would mark a visual impact in memory of more graceful or attractive proportions most of the time. Also since my first session I at last walk about the house naked after years of adorning a bathrobe. Any cause to effect there?
So I will seek to recover my lost Inch of Erect length by using some form of extender and will also see if other methods will provide additional lengthening gains. Lig cuts and stretching, possibly even QuadMix with topical application of hormonal supplements? And maybe even some HGH injections? Time will tell, the year is young.

Waste of money in my opinion. A woman won\'t even feel a 1/2\" of Erect length increase. However, add 1/2\" of Erect Girth and watch as she screams in ecstasy. If someone actually gained 1\"+ of Erect length, I would definitely change my opinion of Ligamentolysis. As many experienced members on PB\'s have mentioned, the results are lackluster at best. I appreciate you sharing your experience razor101. Please keep us informed of any Erect gains you make as I\'m confident we are all interested in your progress.
