Among the products I have tried, this product is the most useful in healing the glans after hanging weights to increase length. Best not project into the future but rather to focus on healing a bit more each day. The skin of the glans is capable of repairing itself over time.

If you are in Los Angeles Dr Gary Alter has very likely dealt with cases like this. Otherwise I would probably go with a dermatologist. Ideally it would be someone who works with other specialists outside his field so he can consult them if needed.

Don\'t worry medical office staff deals with all kinds of odd issues. Part to their job is to provide professional and discrete service. To save time though, I would probably be vague and tell the front office and nurse you have STD like symptoms and then when you see the doctor be completely honest and give him all the details. A good MD will listen and help put you at ease. If he is not the right guy, just move on to someone else. With a little time and effort I am sure you will find a good match.

Trust me, in the big scheme of medical calamities they deal with, this really will not come across as a big issue.

Smalljay - you got my PM right? I said to see a Dermatologist... but it\'s not in my sent items folder, so I can\'t paste the whole thing back. Basically, they are more focused on these issues. They see genital lesions all the time...urologists don\'t see stuff like this really. Urologists are dealing with prostate cancer and urination issues, etc. They are more concerned with function.

That\'s good - I\'m glad the derm was knowledgeable and able to work with this. This process might be a bit slow... It\'s hard to say. They managed to find the right balance of collagenase in there so it won\'t harm your healthy tissue - but it will break down the unhealthy tissue. So, I think, depending on your body - it could take a while. You definitely don\'t want to over-apply it, as it would just be irritating then. But, tissue healing is a long term proposition.

Biafene is kind of like a very strong moisturizer. I am not even sure why it is prescription-only. It helps with burns and accelerating the healing process...but so does a strong moisturizer or castor oil. It sounds like the doctor felt your immediate medical need was probably the Necrosis...and possibly, biafine could dilute or block the penetration of santyl if put in the same area.

Has anyone gotten the derma grafts in the glans on this site. I see a few doctors in Korea, Germany, and in the USA offer this. Is it permanent?

I wouldn\'t have glans done the success rate seems to be terrible, I asked Dr Kim about it and he said he would be willing to do it if someone was truly desperate but he could not recommend it.

He thinks glandular enhancement it terrible of any kind, I think he obviously thinks HA is best but he said the success rate is terrible. He described glandular enhancement as \"unatural\" and \"unnecessary\".
