It doesn\'t sound like a granuloma. Lumps and bumps are quite common with stimulatory fillers. Good injection technique and proper after care can significantly reduce the chances of these irregularities, but even so, they can still occur, particularly at injection sites.
I don\'t think you have to worry. We\'ve got hundreds of members who have
PMMA and many have the odd small bump or two. I think we\'ve got a couple of members who have had
Ellanse and reported the same. Unless they are accompanied by pain, inflammation and/or discoloration, I wouldn\'t be too concerned.
If they bother you from an aesthetic point of view or because they can be felt easily, then speak to your Dr about options to try and reduce them. Your Dr sounds very reasonable, as he replace the
