Maybe I\'m going to be standing alone with this statement, but I wish I could have gotten
PMMA when I was 18. Granted, that is if I knew then what I know now. I don\'t think it would have been smart just because I wasn\'t mature enough. But I certainly would have liked to have had the increased size from then to now. I personally don\'t think 21 is too young as long as you know what you\'re getting into. Far too often it is easy to see things with blinders on, ignoring the possible complications. They are certainly there with any procedure. This is something to especially keep in mind when discussing something as permanent as
PMMA.
There has been some great advice given. You have to understand that getting
PMMA,
HA, etc. is not a magic wand that is going to make everything perfect. You certainly have to spend some time on your mind, as well. And it is probably better to tackle that first and then worry about getting a procedure.
