TOPIC: How big would I most likely grow/shrink 6 months after Penuma?

Title says it all. I read somewhere that on average people gain 2-3 inches but it seems from this forum that most people lost Erect length and grow a lot in Girth. What is your estimate on how much I will my Erect Girth and length grow/shrink after 6 months?

Erect
Length: 5.3
Girth: 4.25

Flaccid
Length: 3.7
Girth: 3.5

Do the implant for Girth!! If you get extra length, then it is a bonus. I am post surgical and know that it does not feel the same soft so be prepared for that!! I am ok with it as I am married. It would be hard to hide if single.
