You can build up the weights quite quickly and you will notice glutes build up too. Also doing squats will give you much stronger erections if that is something you want to improve too. I use HA (Mediphorm) in my bicep, tricep, calves. You can also use Bellafill/PMMA. Silicone sounds like an awful idea to me like Synthol.
