 AI-Driven Medicine: What Will Be Possible in 10 Years?

AI-driven medicine is making previously unimaginable things possible. As recently seen in dentistry—but also across all other medical fields—developments are simply accelerating.

This discussion focuses on the following questions:

 **A**. What are the MOST LIKELY ( pls No Sci-Fi ) procedures to become available within the next 10 years that are BETTER than PMMA (for instance, by promoting the growth of one’s own natural tissue)?

 **B**. Which of these procedures (from A) will be compatible with patients who already have PMMA implants?

We need to separate between the different types of enhancement:

- Glans thickness
- Shaft thickness
- Shaft length (including advancements that achieve genuine, permanent lengthening—even during an Erection)

I suspect that any procedures targeting the glans will likely be available to patients with PMMA.

Furthermore, it is probable that procedures involving lengthening—performed via the abdominal or pubic region—will be accessible to PMMA patients. This may also include lengthening methods using exosome injections, provided they are administered into the glans or another area free of PMMA.
