TOPIC: 20cc Teosyal Ultra Deep with Prof. Zülfü Sertkaya – experiences/advice?

Hi guys,I’m considering my first HA penile Girth enhancement with Prof. Dr. Zülfü Sertkaya in Turkey and would really appreciate independent feedback before ’ve been communicating directly with the clinic and have tried to clarify the important points before , moulding or redistribution myself. I specifically asked the clinic about this, and they confirmed in writing that I can personally perform ZERO massage/moulding. If Prof. Sertkaya believes any massage, moulding or redistribution is necessary, I can return to the clinic and have him or his trained clinical team perform it instead, including repeat visits if necessary.I am planning to remain in Turkey for approximately 7–10 days after the , volume, product verification and complications, there are several things I particularly want independent opinions on:

1. Has anyone here personally been treated by Prof. Dr. Zülfü Sertkaya? If yes, what product and volume did you receive, and what was your result at 1 month, 6 months and 12+ months?
2. Does anyone have penile experience specifically with Teosyal Ultra Deep? How does it behave in terms of firmness, natural feel, nodules, migration, unevenness and longevity?
3. Is 20cc in ONE SESSION a reasonable first treatment for someone who has never had penile filler before? Or is there a meaningful safety/aesthetic advantage to starting with 10–15cc and adding more later?

This is probably my biggest question.

1. For 20cc HA, what REAL Erect Girth increase would you expect once all swelling has resolved? I’m especially interested in actual before/after measurements rather than estimates.
2. For those who had HA, how important was daily self-moulding? Do you think relying entirely on the clinic for any necessary moulding during the first 7–10 days is realistic?
3. Can important contour problems appear AFTER the first 7–10 days? If so, when did your nodules, asymmetry, migration or unevenness first become noticeable?
4. If you were travelling internationally for this procedure, how long would you personally stay near the clinic before flying home?
5. For members 12–24+ months out from HA: how evenly did the filler degrade and approximately how much of the original Girth increase remained?
6. Has anyone needed hyaluronidase or another correction after HA? What caused the problem, when did it become apparent, and how difficult was it to correct?
7. What documentation should I physically leave the clinic with? I intend to verify the unopened Teosyal boxes, product name, volume, expiry date and batch/lot numbers before injection.

There is one other issue I would particularly appreciate opinions –7.5 cm and around 30% permanent effect. When I questioned these claims in detail, however, the doctor was considerably more conservative and did not guarantee a specific final increase or provide specific evidence establishing permanent : how realistic do those figures sound compared with actual HA results you have seen?I am not looking for reassurance and I’m not trying to attack the doctor either. I’m trying to identify any weak points in the plan BEFORE putting 20cc into my , what specific additional question would you insist on getting answered by the doctor before booking?Thanks.

1. I am uncircumcised. Years ago, when I asked about penile fillers on this forum, I was advised that an uncircumcised first-time patient might benefit from starting with a relatively low volume of reversible HA as a test run.

Given that I am still uncircumcised, would this change your opinion about receiving 20cc of HA in my FIRST session?I am particularly interested in experiences from uncircumcised men: how much HA did you receive in your first round, did you experience filler migration or accumulation near the Foreskin, how much moulding was required, and would you choose the same initial volume again?
