A few thoughts.
1. Unnamed clinics in Thailand may not be the most reputable places.
2. 40mL of any filler is way too much. 40mL of HA is absurd due to the much higher expansion ratio compared to PMMA or Ellanse.
3. If you’re feeling feint and can’t breathe, always call an ambulance and tell them everything.

It is pretty cruel how the majority of the comments online are cracking jokes and mocking the fact this man died for having this procedure done but hey that’s the internet for you.Getting 40MLs of HA injected was way too much , especially by an unskilled injector in a sketchy clinic but at the end of the day this is still a human who should not be humiliated like this after his death.This should of never been leaked to the public.If they wanted to bring awareness they could of not used his name.

agreed  40ml is almost doubled what i got. That on top of the swelling something was bound to happen.
