I honestly can't speak for AIVA or others, and I sincerely hope they are solid operations regardless of whether or not they are Sponsors because that helps legitimize the industry while simultaneously incentivizing competition. Despite the lack of any serious regional contender to
Androfill, I still hold hope to finding a second or third European Sponsor for the aforementioned reasons.
Trust Pilot in my opinion is a bit suspect in reliability, but that's my opinion even though it isn't entirely unfounded (i.e. on a few searches show that they not only were fined, but removed nearly 8 million potentially fake reviews in 2025 alone). In fairness, I'm not alleging the Trust Pilot reviews that are being cited in this thread are not real, but as someone who has been part of a Community that has been built on the premise of authenticity & transparency (despite anonymity), I would be remiss not to mention it. Reviews that convey high praise and generic language are at high risk of being bots (this was a thing well before the modern iteration of AIs we see today). This is especially true if the PENIS ENLARGEMENT reviews were published on public review sites like Yelp or Google and don't have much history of posting anywhere else. Stay sharp, penis enlargement has a long-standing stigma of being snake oil, and unfortunately this still persists because so do their salesmen.
