TOPIC: Lifetime membership?

Posting here, hoping it gets a moderators attention.

I shared a comprehensive log of my progress in the progress report tracking thread, including photos. Additionally, I sent an email to the appropriate email address, informing them that I had submitted all the necessary documents for the free lifelong membership about a month ago.

Despite this, I haven’t received any response or updates regarding my account here.

Many apologies. Did either of you reach out me via email or PM? It just so happened that a lot of our Phase 1 roll-outs were occurring over the past couple of weeks (you'll notice some changes already, and more to come), so please forgive me for not getting back sooner to this post or your messages, I'm working on getting things up to speed asap. 

That said, you both have been extended Lifetime Premium Membership at no cost, and thanks for your contributions sincerely!
