TOPIC: Very low and loose circumcision

Im planning a visit to Avanti Derma following for PMMA my first experience with HA 2 years ago. I wasnt Circumcised for the first procedure, but I did it 1 year ago because i could now understand why it's not compatible with filler. So I asked for a very low and loose Circumcision and im satisfied with it. Are there any guys that went for PMMA with that type of Circumcision ? Also does anybody has figured what is the best type of Circumcision for the most aesthetic results ?

I'm also wanting to know the answer to this. I too am uncut and would prefer to remain this way, but am considering a low and loose Circumcision to get the best results, and hopefully still look somewhat intact.

Who did your Circumcision? And do you still look somewhat uncut when you're Flaccid? 

Reading this and figured id mention that im uncut as well and very much like it that way. Ive also received 60 syringes of Bellafill from Dr Rupeka in the last year and have had zero issues with my Foreskin to date. I know it seems like every other thread on here says you need Circumcision before any fillers but right now at this moment in my journey im very glad I didn't and so is my wife to say the least. With that if the provider your using recommends it then I would listen and stay in their comfort zone. But to be honest if I had a Circumcision done and really didn't want one and then was reading what im writing right now id be pretty pissed off. With that if anything negative does happen in the future at any point ill definitely say so but for now so far so good on my end.

I'd like to acknowledge that it is more technically challenging to do an enhancement on an uncircumcised man, but I don't believe every man needs to be Circumcised simply to have filler done. They just need to be aware that a go-slow, conservative approach using smaller-volume stage treatments is more likely to result in a good outcome. Even using this technique, they're more likely to require some revisions and touchups than somebody who's Circumcised. There are actually a couple of studies that support  that enhancement in uncircumcised men can be performed as successfully.

With that said if you are going to get a Circumcision. I agree that I prefer a loose Circumcision,  low for optimal results.  Low is important because there's less inner force distal to the scar. I know some providers like tight. I actually prefer loose because it gives me the opportunity to avoid drop-off after the scar.
