I have been having HA injections done at urofill since 2020. After dealing with issues with losing material into my body cavity due to retraction I finally worked out a decent post procedure protocol. I’ve never quite gotten to my desired Girth of 5.75 for very long but the procedure gave me a nice boost. Using a hydro pump quickly but temporarily brought me to that 5.5-5.75 range. I typically reabsorb the majority of HA pretty quickly though.

My problem and the main problem with HA is that it’s temporary. It seems PMMA in the United States has caught traction and is much more readily available. I’m in Louisiana and Rejuvall in Atlanta seems to be the closest well known provider. So, now I’m exploring PMMA as a long term solution vs annual top ups and short term gains.

Topics I’m hoping to get feedback from you.

Rejuvall seems to be a well respected sponsor here?
PMMA feels as natural or more natural than HA
Recovery and post procedure care are very similar. HA gives instant results, PMMA make take 2-3 weeks to settle in and normalize.

Using a provider like Rejuvall seems to minimize risks such as granulomas and other undesirable side effects.

I’m hoping to gain 1” Girth @ 6” EL. That seems like a reasonable goal without pushing any boundaries.

Hey man! I think you're asking all the right questions, and most likely can find an abundance of threads with the answers you are looking for, but I'll try to give you the pithy version based on my experience:

1) Rejuvall definitely seems to be respected. I will say I used a PhalloFILL-trained Urologist in Michigan for my 20 units of HA and Dr. Rupeka for what ended up being a total of 30 units of PMMA.
2) I personally feel that PMMA feels far more real and firm that HA. That being said, from what Ive read on here, it could have been that my provider of HA didnt injection in the right layer of the penis which made it seem sort of like a water balloon in spots. On the sides it felt firm. Almost perfect. On the top it was, well, yeah, like a water balloon. I didnt go overboard with HA though so it still never seemed like the end of the world to me, but I knew I wasnt going to spend more on HA. PMMA feels completely real to me. Now, if I am completely Flaccid and I am feeling around with my fingers and pinching etc, you can absolutely feel that there is something in there. Lol. But when I am hard, I dont think anyone could ever tell. It is extremely hard. Quite amazing when you really think about how that is even possible.
3) Post treatment protocol- if you do HA, PhalloFILL gives you a sleeve to wear. I personally feel that my first sleeve after just 6 units was a little too big and didnt stop my retraction and that the sleeve I used after my 2nd and 3rd rounds (6 and 8 units respectively) was too tight and caused the HA to move to either end of the sleeve. I had some extra at the base and some extra that worked up above the Circumcision line, which I later was actually sort of glad to have, as it is apparently not simple to get filler in that region, which is why a lot of us talk about "the ditch", which is just an area near the glans where filler really cant get. Its usually just like a quarter Inch or so and not very noticeable unless you are truly examining yourself. My best advice would be to just keep it extended as best as possible and massage it in the shower and in bet etc. You can and should massage it a little harder than you think you need to. This worked out great for me after 10 and 20 units of PMMA. No sleeve. Way better results, and I retract quite a bit. Definitely was my biggest concern.

Hope that helps!
