Hi all — I’m scheduled for round 1 of
PMMA with AD next week. I’ve read through a lot of aftercare threads, and expectations for the first week seem pretty clear (massage, stretching, etc.), but I’m having a harder time finding guidance beyond week 1.
After the first week:
• How often should stretching be done?
• Is occasional manual stretching enough, or is continued use of an ADS recommended?
• If using an ADS, when is it generally safe to stop?
For massage, I’m planning to do hourly sessions through day 5, then about every ~3 hours. At what point do most people start tapering this down further?
One other concern: I work an office job and sit most of the day. Once I’m back at work around day 7, my penis will likely be bunched up while seated. Is this something I should be worried about in terms of shaping or outcomes?
Appreciate any input from those with experience.
