That name is a blast from the past. I assume you meant "her" in the first sentence, and she hasn't been spoken of in some time. I believe she practiced out of Prague and quite frankly, this was when Metacrill (PMMA) was still in production (which I believe she used, but don't totally quote me on that since we're talking over a decade ago when her name popped up).
To be frank, she had a reputation to be a hit-or-miss Provider with respect to injectable phalloplasty, but she did have a generally positive reputation as a cosmetic provider overall if I'm not mistaken. I suppose it would be inappropriate to talk about her beyond that since she's been so far removed from the scene that I couldn't tell you what's she's up to or where she is nowadays (she was somewhat fading into obscurity even a decade ago). Injectable girth enhancement was still in its proverbial infancy and I think she was taking a jab at it (pun both intended and unintended). It was the first time I really learned that
being an injector or aesthetic physician in other areas of the body doesn't necessarily equal
proficiency in the art of sculpting an optimal result for the phallus.
That all said, as far as I know, medical-grade PMMA in the hands of a reputable Provider are going to be found in North America (Mexico and U.S. respectively). As for elsewhere, I believe Brazil will have Providers, but as to their quality, unfortunately this Forum lacks Portuguese progress reports. You'll have to get a browser with good translation extensions to do your research in that regard, but just be sure that the PMMA is medical-grade and that the Provider has experience.
Otherwise, this is your one and only penis and I would implore you to instead consider saving up funds and get it right done. Think about this: there is a good possibility you will need at minimum a 2nd round, meaning additional travel. Now imagine if you have a poor result, or worse, complications? Unless you're a native Portuguese speaker, this will ironically complicate matters further. Sure, complications are not common when performed by a qualified Injector using medical-grade product, but the risks should be considered nevertheless. You may end up having to fork over the cash one way or the other, so why not maximize your odds of a successful outcome (and in turn, significantly reduce what could be much more expenses in the long run) and visit MX or the US?
And on a final note, you could look into Hyaluronic Acid (HA), while temporary, has a strong safety profile and can be added to a penis with pre-existing filler (assuming the Provider is okay with this). Typically annual top-offs with a short trip (assuming you're European) to get a few mL's isn't all that budgeted for accordingly. There are always trade-offs, each with their own advantages and considerations.
Androfill (Dr. Greta)
is in the UK and may be your most cost-effective approach if you are willing to consider this alternative, assuming of course, they take patients with pre-existing filler. I'll have to double check their policy on that now that I think of it.
Best of luck.
