I wonder why he is separately marketed from Androfil. He was the founder and main doctor of Androfil in UK. So, what separates him now from his previous practices? Also, he was in many patients' experiences very unprofessional and pushed in a bunch of products at some spot and not evened it out, which caused many of us unresolvable issues.

As far as I know with respect to Dr. Horn, nothing egregious or unethical has been discovered on my end as far as phalloplasty is concerned (since that is essentially my scope and purview). It could be that Dr. Horn's decision to relocate to a Brussels office played a role, but that's speculative on my part. I also believe Androfill and Dr. Horn are on amicable terms, the specifics beyond that may or may not be revealed (especially if it is business-related, and in which case, not pertinent to these topics).
There is Dr. Greta, who as far as I can tell is the go-to Provider in EU in terms of specialization, experience, and quality of work. I know her association with Androfill may make some believe that this as promotional, but in fairness it is. If I hadn't had a good working relationship with Androfill, they wouldn't be a Sponsor (trust me, I've tried working with a few other British outfits, and they all completely fumbled due to incompetence, or worse). I've even gotten a chance to meet Dr. Greta in person and she is genuinely passionate about her work, because she sees it as I do: male enhancement is this decade's next frontier in Aesthetic Medicine (every other part of the body has been mostly figured out, but male enhancement remains
"experimental in many medical circles," even still..). Her background in Urology is always a plus as well of course.
I recommend reaching out to Androfill, I know Francis can be quite busy at times and how soon he'll reply to this post is hard to say. You may get a response quicker reaching out to them directly (regarding Dr. Horn, Dr. Greta, and anything else concerning what you might be looking for).
