TOPIC: Best circumcision practices for future girth filler enhancement

In a few days I will be getting Circumcised and I was wondering if there is anything I can request from my doctor to put me in the best condition for future HA/PMMA Girth enhancement. For example, can I request to not be cut too tight or request to have a bit of loose skin in certain places, etc...etc.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations. I just don't want to be in a position where when I'm getting filler Girth enhancement the Dr tells me something like "Unfortunately X was done during your Circumcision" or "Unfortunately X wasn't done during your Circumcision".
